Back a long time ago when your station was 96.5 The Mountain, you had a gentleman named Larry who recorded some Christmas songs for you – he sang Jingle Bell Rock and The Christmas Song. I had those songs on my computer for a very long time, but when I got a new one, I lost them. I was hoping you’d still had them – they were my children’s favorite songs to sing along with, and the Larry “spin” on the songs was just wonderful. Do you still have those still floating around anywhere at the studio, and would you be willing to share them again?

I would like to thank Terry Styles for being there for us during the tornado threat on Nov. 30. At 1:30 in the morning as I sat huddled in my basement, he was the only local voice I could find providing updated information. He was so concerned and so real. He was right there for us all, emotional but still very professional, and I appreciated it SO much!

Hi. I was caller number 6 on Saturday for the Bose Speaker and the lady answered and said “Caller number 6” and I said “HELLO!!!” and either it disconnected or she accidentally hung up on me. I was all like “NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!” Haha. Bummer!! Thought I would share. My daughter and I pounded some Hot Chocolate after that let down. LOL.

You talked about being paid for your birthday this morning. Food City considers associate’s birthday as a paid holiday. So, yes, there are jobs that pay you for your birthday.

So glad you got rid of (or he left of his accord) that obnoxious guy that worked nights…now if you can just train that 12-year old chick to pronounce Amine’s name correctly!
