Nat’s Stats:

Here’s the least surprising stat you’ll hear all day:  37% of men over 30 say they usually gain weight during football season.  All the beer, snacks, and SITTING probably has something to do with that.  Plus, it’s the holidays.

46% of men in the survey said they’ve gained more than 20 pounds in the past decade.  1 in 3 would give up watching sports for two months in exchange for six-pack abs . . . and 1 in 4 would give up sex.

The poll also found over two-thirds of men think social media has helped create unrealistic body standards for guys.  To which all women say . . . welcome to the club.
