6 in 10 People Believe They Were Born In The Wrong Era

A recent survey of 2,000 adults found that six in 10 think they were born in the wrong era because of their music taste.  This includes 80% of Gen Z.  (Gen Z are those born between 1997 and 2012.)

 

Six in 10 also said they discover new music from movies or TV shows, including “Guardians of the Galaxy” . . . “The Umbrella Academy” . . . “Bohemian Rhapsody” . . . and “Ted Lasso”.

 

Songs that are over 10 years old, that are being rediscovered include: “A Song for Mama” by Boyz II Men . . . “Poker Face” by Lady Gaga . . . “Jump” by Van Halen . . . and “Stayin’ Alive” by the Bee Gees.

 

Artists who’ve been rediscovered in the last two years include Pearl Jam . . . Justin Bieber . . . Queen . . . ABBA . . . and The Beatles.
