Rocker Stevie Nicks, who is releasing a concert film “Stevie Nicks 24 Karat Gold The Concert” later this month, let the R&B girl group Destiny’s Child sample the song “Edge of Seventeen" for their 2001 smash “Bootylicious.” Nicks even appeared in the video, and remembers meeting Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams and Beyoncé — who was just 19 at the time. Beyoncé’s dad would love to see Destiny’s Child make one last album.  After all, it’s been 17 years since the group went on hiatus and almost 19 since their last album, “Destiny Fulfilled”.

He says it’s a, quote, “decision that the ladies would have to make.  And I would certainly, certainly support that decision as I still manage Destiny’s Child.  I think the fans will be just overjoyed, overwhelmed . . .

“Who knows?  You never know.  You never say it can’t happen.  Because this is entertainment.  A lot of things can happen.”
