With Record Highs This Week, Remember To Stay Hydrated. You’re supposed to have about 1 liter of water a day, but with this heat wave in the South, you’ll need more than that! Here’s some #NatsHacks to help you keep hydrated!

  • Set a Goal for how much water you want to drink (at least 1 liter)
  • Replace other drinks with water
  • Drink a glass of water before you eat, when you wake up in the morning and before going to bed
  • Drink a glass of water every hour you are at work
  • Drink water while you’re waiting for something
  • Drink water from a marked tumbler
  • Add flavors to your water
  • Use liquid iv
