The People We’re Most Thankful for Are Our Kids, Our Partner, and Our Siblings

Chattanooga, Tennessee—

Thanksgiving is still over a week away, but it’s never too early to start feeling grateful . . .

A new poll asked Americans to name the people in their life they’re the MOST thankful for.  And our KIDS are #1.

54% included their kids on their list.  We’re assuming that means pretty much all parents did.

Our significant other is a close second at 53%, followed by our siblings at 45%.  And 14% put a coworker on their list.  Not too bad considering they’re a non-relative.

If you just look at people who aren’t close friends or family, the folks we’re most thankful for include our coworkers, our neighbors, and our doctors.

The poll also found the average person has five really solid people in their life they can lean on whenever they need to.
