“What’s your favorite season?” *AWARD SEASON

And although you may not have watched The Oscar’s, no worries, we’ve got everything you missed.

Parasite made history for being the first foreign language movie, taking home 4 Oscar’s for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, and Best International Feature Film. Netflix had 24 nominations, but only walked away with 2. Laura Dern took home Best Supporting Actress for “Marriage Story” and “American Factory” won Best Documentary Feature. Women got snubbed again, but the amount of female winners was up by 33%. Across the 24 categories, 26 men and 13 women took home Oscars this year . . .

And the Oscar goes to:

Best Picture:  “Parasite”

Best Animated Feature Film:  “Toy Story 4”

Best Director:  Bong Joon Ho,  “Parasite”

Best Actor:  Joaquin Phoenix,  “Joker”

Best Actress:  Renée Zellweger,  “Judy”

Best Supporting Actor:  Brad Pitt,  “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”

Best Supporting Actress:  Laura Dern,  “Marriage Story”

Best Documentary Feature:  “American Factory”

Best Documentary (Short Subject):  “Learning to Skateboard in a Warzone (If You’re a Girl)”

Best Adapted Screenplay:  “Jojo Rabbit”

Best Original Screenplay:  “Parasite”

Best International Feature:  “Parasite”  (South Korea)

Best Film Editing:  “Ford v. Ferrari”

Best Costume Design:  “Little Women”

Best Makeup and Hairstyling:  “Bombshell”

Best Visual Effects:  “1917”

Best Sound Mixing:  “1917”
