It is one thing for an airline to lose one piece of luggage, but to lose ALL the planes luggage….that takes talent  A Swiss International Air Lines plane took off from Zurich, Switzerland to Spain this past weekend without ANY of the checked suitcases. To make matters worse, it was an intentional decision. Apparently the airline did not have any ground crew to load the plane. To complicate things even further the passengers weren’t told. Eventually the passengers were able to get their luggage back after a few hours. How do you even begin to make this right with the customers. I would need a flight voucher and some gift cards.
