Today marks a crucial day for Hamilton County residents as polling stations are open until 8 p.m. Voters will decide on school board members, two judges, and participate in primaries for state representatives and a U.S. Senate seat. To assist in making informed decisions, Chattamatters has provided resources to review candidates and prepare for voting.
For those wondering what they’re voting for, today’s ballot includes a general election for local school board members and judges, alongside primaries for higher offices. Detailed information about each candidate is available through the Chattamatters Voter Guide, accessible via chattamatters.com.
Voters must cast their ballots at their designated polling locations, which can be found through the Hamilton County Election Commission. That can also be accessed at chattamatters.com.
To ensure a smooth voting experience, remember to bring a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license. Tennessee accepts expired photo IDs, so don’t worry if yours is not up-to-date.
