The Celebrity Beat…

Morgan Wallen’s court date for three counts of felony reckless endangerment and disorderly contact has been postponed to December 12th.

It was supposed to take place this Thursday, August 15th but the judge granted a continuance in the case, pushing it nearly four months.

The incident took place on April 7th at Eric Church’s bar on Broadway in Nashville.  Morgan threw a chair off the six-story roof and it landed close to two police officers.

Morgan apologized for his actions a few weeks after the chair-throw.  But life has pretty much remained status quo for Morgan.  And fans sure are glad none of these legal issues have affected his touring schedule.

He has his eight-stop European leg of the One Night at a Time tour starting at the end of this month.  And then he closes it out back home with shows in Knoxville, Tampa, and Charlotte.
