Jamie Foxx’s Birthday Brawl Was with the “Jackass” Crew

We know a little more about an incident that sent Jamie Foxx to the hospital for stitches on Friday.  And it’s pretty ridiculous.

Turns out the people he had a problem with were from the “Jackass” production crew.  Nobody famous, like Johnny Knoxville or anything… just lower-level employees.

They were having a party in an upstairs VIP section of Mr. Chow, and they thought it would be funny to shine a laser pointer at Jamie’s table that made an image shaped like a PENIS.

Jamie was NOT amused, particularly because his kids were there.  So he went up to the VIP area with some friends and told them to cut it out.  That’s when the glass was thrown, and hit Jamie in the face.

An attorney for “Jackass” says this is NOT how it went down.  Police are still investigating, so no charges have been filed.
