Today’s Simple Simon learned you shouldn’t let your mouth write a check your body can’t cash. Clint Ferguson caught a case of these hands after getting into an altercation in a Louisiana parking lot. It is not clear what started the argument, but at some point, according to police, Ferguson began shouting racial slurs at two African American individuals who were sitting in a parked car.

One person called 911 while the other got out of the car and confronted Clint. The Simple Simon attempted to drive around that person, and ran over the victim’s foot. That victim then punched Clint through the open driver window as he drove away.  The punch caught him clean and left him with a black eye. Check out his mugshot.  Clint was charged with felony aggravated battery, misdemeanor hate crimes and resisting an officer. Today we learned a valuable lesson, watch your mouth or guard your grill.
