The Celebrity Beat…

One of Diddy’s attorneys filed a motion to be removed from his legal team. Tony Ricco issued a statement saying, quote, “Although I have provided Sean Combs with the high level of legal representation expected by the court…Under no circumstances can I continue to effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs, consistent with the American Bar Association Standards for Criminal Justice.”

He didn’t get more specific than that, but that “under no circumstances” thing REALLY makes people want him to.

Anyway, Diddy still has five attorneys, and Ricco’s withdrawal won’t delay the trial, which is scheduled to begin in May.
