Dine for a Difference: Raising Cane’s Hixson Hosts Annual Fundraiser for Kidd’s Kids on August 26th
Raising Cane’s in Hixson is rallying the community to make a difference through its annual Kidd’s Kids fundraiser. On Tuesday, August 26th, from open to close, the restaurant will donate $1 from every Box Combo® sold to Kidd’s Kids, a nonprofit dedicated to creating life-changing memories for children with serious medical conditions.
Founded in 1991 by award-winning radio personality Kidd Kraddick, Kidd’s Kids provides children with life-altering or life-threatening illnesses and their families an all-expenses-paid trip to Walt Disney World. The five-day adventure offers families a chance to escape the routine of hospital visits and treatments, and enjoy the magic and joy of a Disney vacation together.
During the event, customers can participate by purchasing the beloved Box Combo—featuring four hand-battered, cooked-to-order Chicken Fingers, Cane’s Sauce®, crispy crinkle-cut fries, buttery toast, and house-made coleslaw—either by dining-in, using the Drive-Thru, or ordering online through the Cane’s app or website.
Raising Cane’s will then donate $1 for each Box Combo purchased to Kidd’s Kids, with a minimum donation of $75,000 and a maximum of $100,000.
