Parents’ Stress Peaks At 7:16 AM During The School Run Rush
The most stressful time for parents is at 7:16 am during the school run, according to a survey of 1,000 moms and dads. Common stressors include children refusing breakfast, misplacing shoes, and battling to get them dressed. Despite the chaos, 42% feel relief once their kids are at school, only to realize they haven’t eaten or had their own coffee. Nearly three-quarters of parents find the school run stressful, with many preferring tasks like taking out the trash over the daily routine. The survey found coffee is crucial, with 39% relying on it before 6:29am, though 32% often forget their hot drinks.
