Couples Are Now Spending Quality Time Together . . . Pole Dancing?

Forget dinner and a movie.  A growing number of couples are embracing pole dancing as a way to stay active and spend quality time together.

You heard that right.  The new trend has couples learning spins, lifts and routines side-by-side.  One couple from Los Angeles even performed a pole dancing routine at their wedding instead of a traditional first dance.

They say the “sport” has brought them closer together and helped them build trust and communication.  One guy even called it “a metaphor for marriage.”

A relationship therapist said that physical activities requiring close connection can help partners develop a deeper sense of teamwork.  So, they’re loving that pole dancing improves your flexibility, mobility, coordination, and confidence.
