Florida Man Shoots Uber Eats Driver Who Flirted With His Girlfriend
A Florida man is facing attempted felony murder charges after shooting an Uber Eats driver in the buttocks outside a Miami-Dade apartment complex. The driver had delivered food to a woman at Pearl Dadeland Apartments, briefly spoke with her, then returned around 3:25 a.m. hoping to get her number. As he left, Khuslen Saruultuya, 33, arrived in a Chevrolet Corvette, forced the driver to the ground at gunpoint, struck him with the weapon, and fired. The driver survived and drove himself to Baptist Health South Miami Hospital. Saruultuya was later arrested at his apartment, where police found drugs and over $11,000 in cash. He was held without bond.
