Beyoncé’s show at FedEx Field in D.C. on Sunday night was delayed due to a massive lightning storm.

It started about an hour before the show as supposed to start, and fans had to take shelter in their cars and inside the stadium for about two hours before she finally took the stage.

So the show ran late . . . but Beyoncé wanted to make sure everyone got home safely.  So she paid $100,000 to keep the Metro trains running to all 98 stations for an extra hour.

One more quick note on Beyoncé:  Her Renaissance Tour rider reportedly demands brand new TOILET SEATS in her backstage quarters.
