Stevarino’s Italian Eatery & Pub in Chattanooga is set to close its doors at the end of May after seven years of serving the community. The restaurant, located on Cherokee Boulevard on the Northshore, announced that increasing operational costs have made it unsustainable to continue running the business.

The owners explained that opening just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic presented ongoing financial challenges, making it difficult to maintain the restaurant’s operations. Despite its popularity for pizza and pasta, the economic strain has led to the decision to shut down the Chattanooga location.

The final day for patrons to enjoy Stevarino’s offerings on the Northshore will be Friday, May 29th. However, the restaurant’s South Pittsburg location, which has been in operation for two decades, will remain open and continue serving customers in that area.
