Are you addicted to scrolling? A survey found that the average person scrolls 519 inches a day, or 1,361 feet per month. That’s more than the height of the Eiffel Tower in Paris per month!

The poll of 2,000 adults found 10% spent over five hours on their cell phones per day, which adds up to 75 days a year.

Excessive smart phone use is linked to dry eyes, headaches, and “mobile phone elbow” which is a tingling or numbness in the fingers.

One in three survey participants suffered mental health impacts due to mobile phones, including anxiety, productivity issues, and difficulty sleeping.
