Dolly Parton was awarded $100 million as the recipient of Jeff Bezos’ 2022 Courage and Civility Award.
The money will be donated to organizations of her choice. She said, quote, “When people are in a position to help, you should help. I try to put my money where my heart is and will do good things with this.”
