Don’t Listen To This Hits 96 Artist If You Want To Run Faster
If you are trying to run quickly, don’t have Drake pumping through your headphones.
According to a new study by sportswear manufacturer Pour Moi, Drake’s music literally made runners go slower.
The experiment used 60 runners who listened to different artists for a three-mile run.
Runners listening to Drake experienced a 6% increase in their time. Doja Cat and Nicki Minaj also caused slower run times.
Ok…so who should you listen to for that pep in your step? Beyonce! Beyonce’s listeners took an average of 2 minutes and 45 seconds off of their run.
