Dunkin’ Is Temporarily Renaming Their ‘Boston Kreme Donut’ to Support the 76ers

Dunkin’ is quite literally dunking on the Boston Celtics during the NBA playoffs. They’re temporarily renaming their Boston Kreme donut to support the Philadelphia 76ers.

It’s now called Philly Kreme at select locations in Philadelphia.

Dunkin’ says it’s, quote, “the same kreme-filled classic, just with a name Philly fans can get behind because during playoffs, there’s no room for Boston in Philly, not on the court, and definitely not in a dozen donut box.”

The 76ers will play the Celtics tomorrow in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference series.  They’re currently tied at one game apiece.
