A Mistake on Cap’n Crunch’s Uniform Has Finally Been Fixed:
The legendary Quaker Oats cereal Cap’n Crunch is now 60 YEARS OLD… and to put that in context, Cap’n Crunch was in the U.S. before The Beatles.
The mascot… Cap’n Horatio Magellan Crunch … has REALLY earned the white in his mustache… and now, for the first time ever, he’s also earned an actual CAPTAIN’S uniform.
If you didn’t know, Cap’n Crunch’s uniform has always been wrong … the gold stripes on his sleeve are below his rank.
An American naval captain wears FOUR gold bars on his sleeves, but Cap’n Crunch has always had fewer… initially wearing only one bar (ensign), then two bars (lieutenant), and three bars (commander).
For the 60th anniversary, they’ve finally given him FOUR bars. There’s an updated image on social media, with the caption, “The internet has spoken, and we listened. Introducing: My new look and my 4th stripe era!”

Wendy’s Is Selling New “Frosty Cream Cold Brews” and Killing Off Their “Frosty-ccino”:
If your go-to place for coffee is Wendy’s… first of all, congratulations on being different… and also, BIG NEWS!
Wendy’s just launched a new iced coffee line called “Frosty Cream Cold Brew.” It comes in three flavors… vanilla, chocolate, and caramel. They’re adding them for summer but say they’ll be a permanent part of the menu now. Here’s a photo.
All of the base flavors come from syrups, but they’re also Frosty-flavored. They say each one contains “creamer made from [their] classic Frosty.”
Wendy’s already had a similar iced coffee drink called a “Frosty-ccino“… and if that’s your favorite… take a breath…it’s being discontinued.
The new Frosty Cream Cold Brews are replacing it. Wendy’s claims they’re better, because the flavors are more balanced and because they add the ice last instead of first, which matters apparently.
They’ve got a deal through their app where you can get one for 99 cents through August 6th.

WENDY’S NACHO SANDWICHES LEAKED: According to details leaked on Reddit, Wendy’s is launching two Loaded Nacho Sandwiches in the next few weeks! The Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger and Loaded Nacho Chicken Sandwich will reportedly both include spicy chipotle sauce, tomato, lettuce, American cheese, queso, and spicy corn and tortilla chips…all on a jalapeño cheddar bun!
