The Ultimate BBQ Chicken Sandwich features white meat, KFC’s Honey BBQ sauce, crispy fried onions, bacon, melted cheese, and pickles. The Spicy Slaw Chicken Sandwich is made with white meat topped with cole slaw, spicy mayo, and pickles.
