Summer is knocking at the door and if you are like me and want to attempt to have a decent beach bod, here is how long it will take to get in shape or to see improvement in your physique. According to nutritionist and personal trainer Moodi Dennaoui, aka ‘The Diet Doctor, it will take abot 6-12 weeks to get in shape for the summer. Other things you can do to help get beach ready is make sure you get plenty of sleep, drink water, try to eat less processed food. You also need to do some form of strength and cardio training to aid in getting to your goals. Before you start hitting the gym or drastically changing your diet it may be a good idea to consult your doctor just to make sure you are doing everything the right and safe way.
