Insult To Injury

Imagine getting a ticket after being run over by your own car. This happened to a woman in New Jersey this week. Not only was the woman seriously injured, her car also crashed into another vehicle. When the police arrived, they did not cite her for the crash…but they did cite her for her expired registration on her car. I think the officers could have let her off with a warning given the circumstances.
