Is Leonardo DiCaprio Dating a 19-Year-Old?

Everyone knows Leonardo DiCaprio likes ’em young … but this might be pushing it, even for him.

Rumor has it that his latest girlfriend is a model … naturally … named Eden Polani … and she’s 19 YEARS OLD.  Leo is 48, so that’s a 29-year age difference.

They were spotted sitting next to each other at an album release party in Los Angeles last week, so people started talking.

But According to TMZ, they’re NOT a thing.  A so-called “source” says they just happened to be seated together, and were hanging out in the same group.
