Who doesn’t love free food? Like if you offered me a free pizza I wouldn’t be upset. One man in Upstate New York didn’t have that same view.  A pizza delivery person made their way to Ralph Carpino’s home for what was suppose to be a routine delivery. According to police, Caprino claimed that the driver was in error and that no one in his house had placed an order. So instead of sending the delivery driver on their way, Caprino decided to pull a gun on him, overreaction much? Police were called and Caprino was arrested, as it turned out someone in Caprino’s house did order a pizza. This Simple Simon is awaiting trial for his charges of Menacing 2nd Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree.
