Rude Awakening

Imagine being in your bed sound asleep only to be woken up by an Emergency Alert tone. You scramble for your phone to see what potential disaster is about to hit your city, only to find out…it was only a test! Residents in Florida were woken up by the states emergency alert system at about 4:45 in the morning. The state was simply testing the system but has since admitted that they botched the whole thing. It wasn’t meant to be sent out to phones that early. It was supposed to play on TV.  Thankfully there were no emergencies just a few startled people.
