Wakey Wakey
If you are not a morning person here are some tips to help you get out of bed and seize the day.
1. Drink coffee.
2. Take a hot shower. Or if you really need to wake up, a COLD shower.
3. Force yourself out of bed as soon as your alarm goes off.
4. Do some stretching.
5. Open a window.
6. Go for a walk.
7. Make your bed.
8. Exercise.
9. Have a glass of juice.
10. Put some music on.
