Tennessee Lawmakers Are Trying To Ban What???

Tennessee is a great state that may be making a huge mistake for those who enjoy an ice cold beer. A new bill has been proposed by two lawmakers who want to prevent the sale of refrigerated beer. As of right now restaurants and bars seem to be ok, but gas stations and hand crafted breweries could feel the sting if this bill becomes law. The goal is to curb dui’s and reduce deadly crashes involving alcohol.  Drinking and driving is illegal, but open container laws DO allow those traveling in a car to drink. The bill still needs to be debated on so it may be awhile before it is put to a vote.
