LITTLE CAESARS TESTS SICILIAN SLICES: Sicilian-style slices have been spotted at some South Carolina and Virginia locations! Slices appear to come in pepperoni or cheese varieties and feature a garlic spread on top. So far, there’s no word as to whether or not Little Caesars will bring the Sicilian to more locations.
