Emma Stone Would Like You to Call Her by Her Real Name

Did you know Emma Stone’s name isn’t really Emma?  It’s Emily.

When she became an actress she had to change it because there was already an actress named Emily Stone in the Screen Actors Guild.

Emma says a few years ago, she freaked out and said, quote, “I can’t do it anymore.  Just call me Emily.”

She says people she knows call her by her real name.  But if fans were to approach her and call her “Emma“, she won’t correct them.
