Will Taylor Swift Help the Democrats Choose President Biden’s Replacement?

President Biden continues to insist he’s NOT backing down.  But plenty of Democrats want him to.  Even Stephen King and Michael Moore have joined that chorus.

And there’s talk… which we probably don’t have to take too seriously… that Taylor Swift will help choose his successor.

Supposedly, some big donors are circulating a memo proposing a plan to hold a month-long “blitz primary” featuring six candidates chosen by party delegates.

During that process, candidates will participate in weekly forums moderated by “various cultural icons,” such as Michelle Obama, Oprah, and yes, Taylor.

This almost sounds too ludicrous to be true, and it probably is.  Then again, asking Taylor to pick the potential leader of the free world sounds tragically on-brand for this country at this point in time.
