A while back, French’s Mustard created a limited-edition MUSTARD BEER. And if you didn’t get to try it, there’s another chance that it might catch on.
The State Fair of Texas is happening right now, and a brewery called Martin House Brewing brought their mustard beer to the fair. The beer looks pretty thick, so it seems like MORE than just traces of mustard.
It’s described as a bold and tangy brew with a mustard yellow hue. The brewery added one gallon of mustard for every 12 gallons of beer in the brew.
It has 5.5% alcohol by volume, about the same as a can of Stella Artois.
This sounds like a limited release, which was produced with a local company called Fletcher’s Corny Dogs. It’s unclear if they plan to brew it again after the fair.
