Hamilton County Schools is set to launch a brand-new, redesigned district website at hcde.org on Tuesday, July 8th, marking a significant upgrade in how the district communicates with families, staff, and the community. Following the district’s main site relaunch, individual school websites will begin going live starting Wednesday, July 9th, with all school pages expected to be fully operational by the following Monday.
This phased update is part of a comprehensive technology overhaul that brings website management in-house. The move aims to bolster cybersecurity measures, improve the responsiveness and relevance of online content, and cut down on ongoing vendor expenses.
During the transition period from July 8th through July 14th, users may experience brief interruptions or limited functionality on certain pages or features across the district and school sites. However, essential services—such as student registration, job applications, and career opportunities—will continue to be accessible without interruption.
Hamilton County Schools encourages patience and understanding during this period of improvement. If families or visitors encounter difficulties accessing the website between July 8th and July 14, they are advised to use the district’s support resources:
– District Office Main Line: 423-498-7020 or email HCSCommunications@hcde.org
– Family Connection Center: 423-843-4799 or FamilyConnectionCenter@hcde.org
– Job Applications and Careers: hcde.org/careers
– Registration: bit.ly/4ljIUdq
Hamilton County Schools looks forward to providing a more secure, responsive, and accessible online platform that better meets the needs of its students, families, and staff.
