Food City Partners with Coca-Cola to Launch Sprite Cherry in Stores

Food City, along with Coca-Cola Consolidated—the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the United States—and The Coca-Cola Company, is thrilled to announce the debut of an innovative new beverage: Sprite Cherry. This exciting addition to the Sprite lineup will be available exclusively at Food City locations across the region.
Customers can find 12-pack, 12-ounce cans of Sprite Cherry on store shelves. The product will be available while supplies last through September 2026, offering shoppers a new refreshing flavor option just in time for spring and summer.
Steven C. Smith, President and CEO of Food City, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “Food City and Coca-Cola have enjoyed a strong relationship for many years. We’re excited to bring this new Sprite Cherry product to our customers, adding more variety to their beverage choices.”
