Is Billy Ray Cyrus Engaged to Elizabeth Hurley?

Everybody thinks Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley are engaged after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left-hand recently.

Elizabeth showed off the ring in photos from the set of “The ‘Burbs” . . . and then a few days later Billy Ray posted a clip of him with Mark Collie’s “Something with a Ring to It” playing in the background.  And his caption had a ring emoji.

Elizabeth and Billy Ray first met while filming “Christmas in Paradise” in 2022 . . . and have been dating publicly since last April.
