The Celebrity Beat…

Chris Rock is done talking about “The Slap“.  In the new issue of “GQ“, where he’s one of their Men of the Year, he says quote, “Yeah.  Something happened.  It wasn’t cool.  And I would like to move on.”

He adds, quote, “I know there’s a part of that that’s going to follow me the rest of my life.  [But] I got jokes.  I got scripts.  I got movie scripts.  I got TV shows.  I’m writing a book.  I’m doing [stuff]. I have a plethora of art I’m trying to get out, and that’s what I want you to pay attention to, not some crazy night.”

Rock also talks about the end of his marriage to Malaak Compton-Rock after 19 years.

Quote, “I was not a great husband.  I watched a lot of porn.  I don’t watch porn anymore.  I haven’t watched porn in five, six years.”

He also says he was once diagnosed with a nonverbal learning disorder that affects his ability to pick up on social cues.
