A wax figure of Taylor Swift in Ireland is getting “around the clock” security to make sure fans don’t rub her chest.
They want to prevent people from, quote, “doing a Molly Malone on her.” The local legend has her own bronze statue that’s become discolored from tourists rubbing her chest for good luck.
An executive says, quote, “We’re thrilled with the reaction to our Taylor Swift. But no one is going to rub our Taylor. We will have security constantly monitoring her and we have put Taylor at the very front of the floor so we can monitor visitors’ interaction with her.”
