The duo explains that selecting Chattanooga as a focus was driven by the city’s scenic beauty, delicious food spots, and terrific community.
Preparation for the project involved extensive research, community engagement, and immersing themselves in Chattanooga’s culture. They said they spoke with local residents to understand what makes our city so special, plus used social media and Reddit.
The resulting music video showcases Chattanooga’s iconic landmarks, local quirks, and great restaurants. Colin described working in Chattanooga was a fantastic experience and shared that seeing how the community has embraced the song is truly amazing.
Austin and Colin believe that every city has a story worth telling, and their mission is to turn those stories into anthems that can unite and inspire. With plans to expand their “Songs for Cities” project into a possible TV Show, the duo continues to celebrate local pride through infectious music that captures the essence of each community.
