Many in Hollywood are outraged by the antisemitic tweet that got Kanye "Ye" West locked out of Twitter and Instagram over the weekend. Jamie Lee Curtis told Today on Monday (October 10th) that she "burst into tears," thinking of her grandparents after reading the tweet.

West's tweet, which has since been removed from Twitter, said that he was going to "go death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE."

Curtis responded to the tweet on Sunday (October 9th), writing, "The holiest day in Judaism was last week. Words matter. A threat to Jewish people ended once in a genocide. Your words hurt and incite violence. You are a father. Please stop."

On the Today show, the Halloween actress called West's words "abhorrent," adding that she hopes West "gets help."

Other stars such as John Legend, Sarah Silverman, and Jack Antonoff also slammed West for his remarks. Silverman tweeted, "Kanye threatened the Jews yesterday on twitter and it's not even trending. Why do mostly only Jews speak up against Jewish hate? The silence is so loud."

NeNe Leakes revealed on Monday (October 10th) that her 23-year-old son Brentt is having trouble speaking following a stroke he suffered last month.

In a video shared to her Instagram stories, Leakes said, "Two weeks ago today, Brentt had congested heart failure and a stroke. He's only 23, so he's really young for something like that to happen to him." Leakes said Brentt is now "struggling with speaking."

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star shared that because of his age, doctors suspected drug use could be the cause, but she confirmed that he "doesn't drink or do drugs" and that his drug tests came back negative.

"We are still trying to figure it out, because if we knew the cause then obviously they could treat the cause," she said. The Apprentice alum added that she FaceTimed with Brentt on Monday morning (October 10th) and that he was in "good spirits," but that they are both "shocked, just shocked." She asked fans to "keep us in your prayers."

Former Bachelorette Clare Crawley announced via Instagram on Monday (October 10th) that she and Ryan Dawkins are engaged. This news comes just one month after she and Dawkins went public with their relationship, and one year after she and her ex-fiancé Dale Moss went their separate ways.

In addition to being an actress, Ryan was mother to Sean Penn, Christopher Penn, and Michael Penn. ‘SPIRIT RANGERS' CREATOR SAYS THE SHOW ‘IS NOW HEALING HER INNER CHILD:' The new animated series Spirit Rangers dropped on Netflix Monday (October 10th), and the show's creator Karissa Valencia spoke with Today about what the show means to her as a Native American. Spirit Rangers follows three Chumash/Cowlitz siblings as they protect a national park in California. "I feel like this show is now healing my inner child of feeling so not acknowledged that I existed in the present day just because I didn't look like what was in the history textbooks, so it was really great to give these traditional stories a home to live in and take a life of their own," she said. Grammer plays a businessman who prioritizes his work over his family. When he gets into a car accident on Christmas Eve, "Santa gives him twelve chances to re-do the day and repair the relationships in his life to find the true meaning of Christmas," according to Deadline.

KATELYN TARVER AND JOHN STAMOS TO STAR IN ‘OPEN BOOK' PILOT: Deadline reports that Katelyn Tarver and John Stamos are both set to star in Amazon Freevee's Open Book, a pilot based on Jessica Simpson's memoir, which sold over half a million copies in 14 weeks. If the pilot goes to series, Stamos is set to recur as the male lead.

Tom Cruise is expected to become the first actor to film a movie in the final frontier. The Top Gun: Maverick star is working with The Bourne Identity director Doug Liman on a project that will be partially shot in space.

This news was first announced in 2020, but plans were postponed due to the pandemic. The filming is expected to take place aboard the International Space Station. Universal Filmed Entertainment Group chairwoman Donna Langley told the BBC recently that Cruise could be "the first civilian to do a spacewalk."

Of the movie, she said it "actually takes place on earth, and then the character needs to go up to space to save the day." Langley added, "Tom Cruise is taking us to space. He's taking the world to space. That's the plan."

A presidential run for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is officially "off the table." The DC League of Super-Pets star told Tracy Smith in a CBS Sunday Morning interview that his family comes first.

"It's off the table. Yes, it is off the table," Johnson said to Smith. "I will say this, 'cause it requires a B side to this: I love our country and everyone in it. I also love being a daddy. And that's the most important thing to me, is being a daddy, number one, especially during this time, this critical time in my daughters' lives."

The Black Adam star continued, sharing that he wants to be present in his daughters' lives. "'Cause I know what it was like to be on the road and be so busy that I was absent for a lot of years when my first daughter's growing up in these critical age and this critical time in her life."

Johnson added, "The number one thing I want to be is daddy. That's it."

Following the success of the first Hunger Games film in 2012, Jennifer Lawrence admitted she felt she "lost a sense of control" in her career. The Winter's Bone actress spoke with Francine Stock recently as part of the London Film Festival's "Screen Talk" series.

"I think I lost a sense of control. Between ‘The Hunger Games' coming out and winning the Oscar for 2012's ‘Silver Lining Playbook', I became such a commodity that I felt like every decision was a big, big group decision," she said.

On a recent episode of The Adam Corolla Show podcast, T.J. Miller said he won't work with Ryan Reynolds again because he had "really weird" interaction with him while filming Deadpool 2.

Miller called Reynolds "kind of an insecure dude" and said, "it's weird that he hates me." The She's Out of My League actor, who played Deadpool's friend Weasel, detailed an interaction that they had on set.

"We had a really weird moment on ‘Deadpool' where he said, ‘Let's do one more take.' And then, as the character, he was horrifically mean to me as if I'm Weasel. So he was like, ‘You know what's great about you, Weasel? You're not the star, but you do just enough exposition so that it's funny, and then we can leave and get back to the real movie,'" Miller said.

The Silicon Valley star added, "I would not have done ‘Deadpool 3' if they came to me and were like, ‘We want you to do ‘Deadpool 3,' and we're going to pay you twice as much.'"

The horror film Smile took the number one spot at the domestic box office for the second week in a row, beating out newly released films Lyle, Lyle Crocodile and Amsterdam. Deadline reports that Smile has the "second-best hold ever for an R-rated horror movie," behind Get Out in 2017.

‘THE GREAT BRITISH BAKE OFF' IS CRITICIZED FOR ITS MEXICAN-THEMED EPISODE: Deadline reports that the beloved baking show The Great British Bake Off is facing backlash for a Mexican-themed episode that aired recently. Many are accusing the show of cultural appropriation, while others are calling the episode downright racist. Adriana Cavita, who runs Cavita restaurant in London, said, "For me, it's a bit sad to see this kind of thing because knowing my culture and my country, I feel it's more than just a cactus and a sombrero." Kevin Spacey was present in Manhattan federal court Thursday (October 6th) for opening arguments in the actor's civil trial.

Anthony Rapp is currently suing the Oscar-winning actor for $40 million, claiming that Spacey made unwanted sexual advances on him in 1986 when Spacey was 26 and Rapp was 14-years-old.

In opening arguments, Spacey's attorney Jennifer L. Keller called Rapp "bitter" and claimed that he "peaked around the year 2000" and "blames Mr. Spacey for everything that hasn't gone well in his life."

According to Variety, Spacey's legal team plans to bring medical experts who will testify about trauma and memory lapses. Based on their opening statements, they appear ready to argue that Rapp has misremembered or embellished key details.

Bethenny Frankel is suing TikTok for allegedly allowing her "image and likeness" to be used to promote counterfeit products on the social media platform.

According to documents obtained by Page Six, the Skinny Girl founder claims that in September followers noticed what appeared to be Frankel promoting a counterfeit designer cardigan.

When she made her own video disputing, warning followers that the clip was a scam, she claims TikTok deleted the video for being "abusive".

According to the filing, the Real Housewives of New York star is seeking compensation for damages to her reputation and a change to the platform's advertising policy which she claims does not "police" these kinds of ads.

Jojo Siwa shared her "gay awakening story" as part of the "One Thing About Me" trend on TikTok.

MAJOR THEATER CHAINS TO PLAY 'KNIVES OUT' SEQUEL: The three largest theater chains in the U.S. have all agreed to Netflix's Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery for one week over Thanksgiving, a month before the highly anticipated movie hits the streamer. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Rian Johnson-directed sequel will open in approximately 600 cinemas including those owned by AMC Theaters, Cinemark Theaters and Regal Cinemas. The movie's theatrical film is scheduled for Nov. 23rd to 29th.

Christian Bale told GQ in a cover story published Wednesday (October 5th) that he served as a "mediator" between director David O. Russell and Amy Adams during filming of the American Hustle in 2012.

He told the outlet, "When you're working with people of the crazy creative talent of Amy or of David, there are gonna be upsets. But they are f***ing phenomenal."

After Ye accused Kim Kardashian keeping him from their daughter Chicago's fourth birthday, the Good American founder wrote on Instagram, "Please stop tearing Kimberly down and using our family when you want to deflect."

Charlie Hunnam battled serious health issues while filming the Apple TV+ series, Shantaram.

He told The Hollywood Reporter at the show's premiere Monday (October 3rd), "When I was in India, I got a bacterial gut infection, a viral gut infection, an acute respiratory infection. I had conjunctivitis in both eyes, an ear infection and dengue fever from a mosquito bite."
