Bryce Dallas Howard's Jurassic World: Dominion director, Colin Trevorrow, had to step in to support her after she was "asked to not use her natural body in cinema."

The actress, who plays Claire Dearing in the dinosaur franchise told Metro, "On the third movie, it was actually because there were so many women cast, it was something that Colin felt very strongly about in terms of protecting me … because the conversation came up again, ‘We need to ask Bryce to lose weight.'

"He was like, ‘There are lots of different kinds of women on this planet, and there are lots of different kinds of women in our film,' and I got to do so many stunts that wouldn't have been possible if I had been dieting."

Former teen pop star Greyson Chance recently told Rolling Stone that he's "never met someone more manipulative, more self-centered, and more blatantly opportunistic" than Ellen DeGeneres.

However, a source close to The Ellen DeGeneres Show team told People they "went above and beyond to help set him up for success, but in business that doesn't always work out, and his career did not take off."

SLYVESTER STALLONE AND JENNIFER FLAVIN TO WORK OUT DIVORCE SETTLEMENT IN PRIVATE: Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin are putting their divorce proceedings on hold in order to work out a deal in private. TMZ recently learned the couple did not have a prenup. According to new legal documents obtained by the outlet, the court recently granted the couple an order of abatement, but sources connected to the case say the divorce is still happening, they just don't want the negotiations made public.

MORE PEOPLE AER STREAMING GAME OF THRONES THAN HOUSE OF THE DRAGON: House of the Dragon has gotten people back into its parent series Game of Thrones. According to The Hollywood Reporter, streaming data shows that HBO Max users watched 909 million minutes of Game of Thrones during the week of August 22nd and only 741 million for House of The Dragon.

Elizabeth Chambers opened up to E! News Wednesday (September 21st) about the challenges of coparenting with Armie Hammer following their split.

She told the outlet, "Armie has been focused on his healing. There's the oxygen mask theory: You can't really take care of someone until you are taken care of. There's a reason on the plane they say, 'Secure your own mask before helping others.' He has been very busy securing his own mask."

The League of Their Own actress wrote that her 9-year-old has taught her "compassion much deeper" than she ever experienced. She added, "I really listen and communicate in a way I never had to with my other kids. She teaches me." HBO TO RELEASE 'THE CASE AGAINST ADNAN SYED' FOLLOW-UP: HBO Documentary Films is in production on a follow-up to The Case Against Adnan Syed, from Academy Award nominated director Amy Berg. The network announced Wednesday (September 21st) that the new episode, scheduled to air in 2023, will feature exclusive access to Adnan Syed leading up to and following his release from prison. Berg has been filming the follow-up episode in Maryland since early 2021 and was in the courthouse when Baltimore City Circuit Judge Melissa Phinn approved the motion to vacate Syed's murder conviction.

JONATHAN BAILEY JOINS 'WICKED' CAST: Director Jon M. Chu has found his Fiyero. Bridgerton star Jonathan Bailey is the latest cast member announced for the upcoming Wicked movie starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo. The first half of the film is scheduled to drop on December 25th 2024.

FILMING FOR 'AND JUST LIKE THAT' SEASON TWO IS UNDERWAY: Filming for Season 2 of HBO Max's Sex and the City sequel is underway. Sarah Jessica Parker shared a photo of the And Just Like That script Wednesday (September 21st) and captioned it with, "Just this much. For now."

The plaintiff in the child sex abuse lawsuit against Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears has dismissed her case, less than a month after it was filed. The Jane Doe also released a statement on Tuesday (September 20th).

"My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years – and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us," she said. "We wish Tiffany the best and are glad that we can all put this behind us." No comment was made about Aries Spears.

The lawsuit accused Haddish and Spears of sexual battery, sexual harassment, and sexual abuse of a minor regarding a 2014 video sketch they filmed titled "Through a Pedophile's Eyes." Haddish commented on the video earlier this month via social media. "Clearly, while this sketch was intended to be comedic, it wasn't funny at all – and I deeply regret having agreed to act in it," she wrote.

The dismissal was filed with prejudice, meaning it can't be filed again in the future.

On a recent episode of The Conversation: About The Men podcast, Matthew McConaughey opened up about the traumatic experiences he had when he was younger. The Interstellar actor shared that he isn't going to let these past experiences affect his relationships now.

"I'm not gonna be afraid of relationships because my first experience was blackmail. Uh uh. That's an aberration," McConaughey told host Amanda de Cadenet. "And I'm not gonna let it beat me … I'm not gonna let that beat my sense of trust in people and say, 'No, I can have a healthy relationship.' Non-negotiable. No."

McConaughey detailed what he went through in his 2020 memoir Greenlights. "I was blackmailed into having sex for the first time when I was 15," he wrote. "I was molested by a man when I was eighteen while knocked unconscious in the back of a van."

On the podcast, McConaughey said, "Am I gonna carry that? I chose, non-negotiably, I'm not going to carry that, bring that baggage into the life I'm going to lead, and how I treat people and how I trust people, and how I look at circumstances and the risk I may take."

The Dallas Buyers Club actor added that he hasn't sought therapy for these experiences, but he's had "very good friends" and "good mentors" to help him through.

Meghan Markle has reportedly asked King Charles III for a "one-on-one" meeting before she and Prince Harry leave the UK, following Queen Elizabeth II's funeral. According to royal expert Neil Sean, the Suits actress is hoping to "clear the air."

Sean said in a YouTube video, "She'd now like, before they return back to California, to have a one-to-one audience with King Charles III."

"That's right, Meghan one-to-one with King Charles III. You heard correct," he said.

The royal expert claimed that Markle made the request via a "formal letter" and that she hopes to get "an opportunity to clear the air, put the rights from wrongs and explain some of the rationale behind what they've been doing over the last two years."

Paris Hilton took to Instagram on Monday (September 19th) to share that her dog, Diamond Baby, is missing. She also offered a "big reward" for Diamond Baby's return.

Sharing a slideshow of her missing pet, Hilton wrote, "This is so incredibly hard for me to post because I've been at a loss of words. Diamond Baby @HiltonPets has been missing since last Wednesday. I was at a photoshoot and we're moving houses and one of the movers must have left a door open."

THE GOLDEN GLOBES WILL RETURN TO NBC IN 2023: NBC and the Hollywood Foreign Press announced on Tuesday (September 20th) that the Golden Globes will return to NBC in 2023, despite the awards show being axed from the network in 2022. "We recognize the HFPA's commitment to ongoing change and look forward to welcoming back the Golden Globes to NBC for its landmark 80th anniversary in January 2023," NBCUniversal Television and Streaming Chairman Frances Berwick said. Entertainment Tonight reports that the award show is set to air on January 10th at 8 p.m. ET.

ROSEANNE BARR TO STAR IN COMEDY SPECIAL ON FOX NATION: People reports that A Roseanne Comedy Special is coming to Fox's streaming platform Fox Nation in 2023. The hour-long special will be Fox Nation's first standup program ever and Roseanne Barr's first televised set since 2006. A press release from Fox states that Barr will perform her "signature comedic take on a variety of topics, with no subject off limits." This comes after the Roseanne series reboot was cancelled by ABC in 2018, due to Barr's racist tweets about former President Barack Obama's adviser Valerie Jarrett. At the time, the President of ABC said, "Roseanne's Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show."

‘JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE' TO AIR FOR ANOTHER THREE SEASONS: According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jimmy Kimmel Live! will be on ABC for another three seasons—making Kimmel one of the "longest-tenured talk-show hosts in television." In a statement released on Tuesday (September 20th), Kimmel joked, "After two decades at ABC, I am now looking forward to three years of what they call ‘quiet quitting.'"

CHRIS REDD IS LEAVING ‘SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE:' People reports that Chris Redd is the latest comedian to leave Saturday Night Live, after five seasons on the show. Redd said in a statement, "Being a part of SNL has been the experience of a lifetime. Five years ago, I walked into 30 Rock knowing that this was an amazing opportunity for growth. Now, with friends who have become family and memories I will cherish forever, I'm grateful to creator Lorne Michaels and to the entire SNL organization. In other Saturday Night Live news, Deadline reports that Miles Teller, Brendan Gleeson, and Megan Thee Stallion will host the first three episodes of the 48th season, which returns on October 1st.

Meghan Markle got visibly emotional at Queen Elizabeth II's funeral Monday (September 19th) and was photographed wiping away tears as she stood next to her husband, Prince Harry. The photos were taken as the late Queen's coffin was transported into a hearse at Wellington Arch.

As a tribute, the Suits actress also wore the diamond-and-pearl earrings that Queen Elizabeth II had gifted her.

Later in the day, Harry and Meghan returned to St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, where Queen Elizabeth II's coffin was lowered into the Royal Vault. The couple were married at the chapel in 2018.

Tiffany Haddish has reportedly reached a settlement with the two siblings that accused her of abuse. As previously reported, the two siblings claimed that they starred in two separate comedy skits with Haddish and Aries Spears when they were minors that were inappropriate. In one video, Spears portrayed a pedophile that lusted after a seven-year-old boy. Both Haddish and Spears called the case a "shakedown."

According to RadarOnline, Haddish and her accusers "worked out the deal privately," adding that they have also "blocked the public from seeing the original complaint." It was said to have been Haddish's decision to take this to federal court where documents were sealed due to "several photographs of a minor John in an undressed state."

Details regarding the amount of the settlement has not been revealed.

Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, and Paula Abdul all came together to honor Kelly Clarkson during her Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on Monday (September 19th). The original American Idol judges posed for photos with Clarkson as she held her star.

Speaking at the ceremony, Cowell said, "We were just talking about the moment when you sang 'Respect,' and we all looked at each other, and it was like, 'Oh. My. God. Thank you.' And then, I went up to you, afterwards, because obviously, I was thinking, 'I think you're gonna win this show.'"

He continued, "And I said, 'I just wanna say, that was amazing, Kelly, and I'm here,' and you turned around to me and said, 'Simon, without being rude, I would rather we didn't talk until the end of the series,' and I'm like, 'Wow, what does that mean?' Cowell went on to say that American Idol owes its success in part to Clarkson. "I remember that moment when your name was called and I was -- I was honestly thinking to myself, 'Thanks to you, we may have another season.' I can honestly say to you, 'Thanks to you, I'm here today,'" he said.

Courteney Cox brought a 1980s Tampax commercial back to life on Instagram Sunday (September 18th). Parodying the commercial, Cox focused on menopause instead of menstruation.

In an outfit mocking the one she wore in the original commercial—leg warmers and all—Cox says, "Did your life completely change because of menopause? Still getting hot flashes? Let me tell it to ya straight."

The Scream actress continues, "Menopause will change the way you feel about getting older. Menopause will eat you alive. It's horrible. Nothing else can do that."

Many in Hollywood shared their appreciation for the video, including Jonathan Van Ness, Julianne Moore, and Drew Barrymore. Judd Apatow commented, "Untopable !"

Trina McGee appeared on a recent episode of the Pod Meets World podcast, hosted by Danielle Fishel, Will Friedle, and Rider Strong, and explained why she was the only main character who didn't appear in the Boy Meets World finale. McGee played Strong's onscreen girlfriend Angela Moore for three seasons.

"I was told, in kind of a weird, off-handed way by a very important person, that you guys all went to showrunner Michael Jacobs, and you said, 'We don't want her in the last episode. She's somehow taking our light,' was the gist of it," McGee said. "That was really hurtful to me for a long time."

The Friday After Next actress also commented on the discrimination she experienced on set. "Coming from Black sitcoms, I always had to have like a Black meter," she said, sharing that her "Black meter was probably down to a two," on Boy Meets World. However, on one episode, she said she "was at about a nine."

"Michael comes over to me and his note was, 'Hey Trina, just turn down the Telma Hopkins about eight notches,' " McGee said, referring to the Family Matters actress. According to Deadline, the statement reads, "Woody Allen never said he was retiring, not did he say he was writing another novel. He said he was thinking about not making films as making films that go straight or very quickly to streaming platforms is not so enjoyable for him, as he is a great lover of the cinema experience. Currently, he has no intention of retiring and is very excited to be in Paris shooting his new movie, which will be the 50th."

KATHY BATES, ALAN ARKIN, AND TEYANA TAYLOR JOIN THE CAST OF ‘THE SMACK:' According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kathy Bates, Alan Arkin, and Teyana Taylor have all joined the cast of the heist thriller The Smack, based on the novel by Richard Lange. SARAH PAULSON TO STAR AS GWEN SHAMBLIN IN ‘THE WAY DOWN:' Deadline reports that Sarah Paulson is set to star as Gwen Shamblin in the HBO Max scripted docuseries The Way Down: God, Greed, and the Cult of Gwen Shamblin. Founder of the Weigh Down Workshop and the Remnant Fellowship Church, Shamblin allegedly engaged in cult-like practices and was accused of emotional, psychological, and physical abuse.
