In an interview with Apple Music, Jennifer Lopez opened up about the aftermath of her breakup with Ben Affleck in the early 2000s—and how unbelievable it is that they're back together again now.

"It was so painful after we broke up. Once we called off that wedding 20 years ago, it was the biggest heartbreak of my life. And I honestly felt like I was gonna die," she told the outlet.

Lopez continued, "It sent me on a spiral for the next 18 years where I … couldn't get it right. But now, 20 years later, it does have a happy ending. It has the most, would-never-happen-in-Hollywood ending."

"They would be like 'that would never happen so we're not gonna write that because nobody would believe it' ending," she added.

Kim Kardashian broke her silence on Sunday night (November 27th) about Balenciaga's controversial ad campaign for kids. The advertisements included children holding teddy bears that were wearing harnesses, a sight which upset many people.

Kardashian, who has partnered with the luxury brand for some time now, wrote on Twitter that she was "disgusted" and "outraged" by the ads but needed to speak with the Balenciaga team before addressing the issue.

"As a mother of four, I have been shaken by the disturbing images. The safety of children must be held with the highest regard and any attempts to normalize child abuse of any kind should have no place in our society — period," she tweeted.

Following intense backlash, Balenciaga killed the campaign and apologized for the images. "I appreciate Balenciaga's removal of the campaigns and apology," Kardashian said.

Later, she added that she is "currently re-evaluating" her "future with Balenciaga," based on "their willingness to accept accountability for something that should have never happened to begin with — & the actions I am expecting to see them take to protect children."

In anticipation of the release of his new film Emancipation, Will Smith told Entertainment Weekly that he's losing sleep thinking about how the film will be received. Smith is concerned that his behavior at this year's Oscars will affect turnout.

"I definitely lose a couple winks of sleep every night thinking that I could have potentially penalized my team, but I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that everyone gets seen in the light that they deserve," he told the outlet.

Smith also told Fox 5's Kevin McCarthy that he recognizes why people may not want to see the film. "I completely understand — if someone is not ready, I would absolutely respect that and allow them their space to not be ready," he said.

Emancipation is scheduled to reach select theaters on December 2nd and will stream on Apple TV+ beginning December 9th.

George Takei isn't holding back when it comes to his beef with William Shatner. The pair were co-stars on Star Trek in the 1960s and have been in a public feud for years.

In a recent interview with The Guardian, Takei was asked if cast members from the original series were friends. "Yes. Yes. YES. Except for one, who was a prima donna. But the rest of us shared a great camaraderie," he said.

"None of us" were friends with William Shatner, who played the lead Captain James T. Kirk, Takei added. "He was self-involved. He enjoyed being the center of attention. He wanted everyone to kowtow to him," he said.

COLLIN GOSSELIN OPENS UP ABOUT HIS ESTRANGED RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS MOM: In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Collin Gosselin commented on his estranged relationship with his mother, Kate. "I want to believe it was because of TV and what being in the public eye does to a family," he said. "I think it tore us apart. It gave us less time to actually be together as a family." He shared that Kate's decision to enroll him in a program in 2016 also affected where their relationship stands today. "After being there, I didn't have a relationship with her … Even before being there, I don't think we had much of a relationship and I think that just kept tearing it even more down," he said.

HBO PICKS UP NANCY PELOSI DOCUMENTARY: Deadline reports that the documentary film about Nancy Pelosi made by her daughter, Alexandra Pelosi, is set to air on HBO December 13th. Pelosi in the House was shot over the course of three decades, leading up to the events that unfolded during the January 6th insurrection. This will be Alexandra's 14th film for the network.

SCARLETT JOHANSSON TO STAR IN ‘JUST CAUSE' SERIES FOR AMAZON: According to The Hollywood Reporter, Scarlett Johansson will play her first lead role on a TV show in Amazon Prime's Just Cause. The series is based on the 1992 novel by John Katzenbach, which had been previously made into a film in 1995 and was one of Johansson's first film roles. She starred as Sean Connery's character's daughter.

TENOCH HUERTA SAYS ‘BULGE' WAS NOT EDITED OUT OF ‘WAKANDA FOREVER:' After someone noticed a discrepancy between Tenoch Huerta's "bulge" in the trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and the movie, Huerta cleared things up with Rolling Stone. "The only thing that I can say is: the original was the photo in the right," he said. "Without the bulge! That's original." The actor continued, "No, I mean, I'm not going to lie to people. Every man in the world, we have fragile masculinity, but not in that issue." Once again, he confirmed that his "bulge" was not edited out. "I will say, the right one, the real one is the photo on the right," he said.

Irene Cara, most known for her singing and acting on Flashdance and Fame, has passed away at the age of 63. Cara’s publicist shared the news to her Twitter account Saturday (November 26th).

"It is with profound sadness that on behalf of her family I announce the passing of Irene Cara," the publicist wrote. "The Academy Award winning actress, singer, songwriter, and producer passed away in her Florida home. Her cause of death is currently unknown and will be released when information is available."

Cara won an Oscar and a GRAMMY for co-writing the title track on Flashdance. She also starred as Coco Hernandez in Fame, a musical for which she also wrote and sang the title track.

Flashdance star Jennifer Beals shared a throwback photo of herself with Cara at the Academy Awards to Instagram after the news broke. “Thank you brilliant Irene for your open heart and your fearless triple threat talent. It took a beautiful dreamer to write and perform the soundtracks for those who dare to dream,” she wrote.

Debbie Allen, Viola Davis, Mariah Carey, and Lenny Kravitz also paid tribute to the late actress and singer on social media over the weekend.

Celebrities took to social media to share their holiday festivities over the long weekend. Jennifer Lopez posted a montage of sweet moments with her family to Instagram Sunday (November 27th), including a snapshot of her daughter Emme sleeping on her during a car ride—and her son Max sleeping on Ben Affleck.

Kate Bosworth and Justin Long enjoyed the fall weather as they ventured outdoors. In photos posted to Bostworth’s Instagram, the pair can be seen at an apple orchard and canoeing on a body of water. “HAPPY THANKSGIVING … So grateful for your warmth and safety and that bright beautiful ever glow @justinlong … you make life so much fun. Xx,” she wrote.

Mandy Moore celebrated her family with an Instagram post, sharing photos of her husband Taylor Goldsmith, her 21-month old son Gus, and her newborn baby Ozzie. “Thankful doesn’t even begin to cover it,” she said.

Chrissy Tiegen shared a carousel of photos to Instagram of her family with John Legend. In one photo, their children, Miles and Luna, sit on a table holding the wishbone.

Millie Bobby Brown posted a vacation reel with her boyfriend, Jake Bongiovi, as they spent time poolside. “thankful for many ppl, things, and animals,” she wrote. Jameela Jamil shared a video of herself encouraging everyone to “enjoy [their] food” and “not feel guilty.”

Helena Bonham Carter is getting involved in the controversy. In an interview with The Sunday Times, the Great Expectations actress defended both J.K. Rowling and Johnny Depp.

“It’s horrendous, a load of b——t,” she said, regarding the backlash J.K. Rowling has received for her transphobic remarks. “I think [Rowling] has been hounded. It’s been taken to the extreme, the judgmentalism of people. She’s allowed her opinion, particularly if she’s suffered abuse.”

As for Johnny Depp, whom she starred alongside in multiple films, Carter said his highly publicized trial against Amber Heard left him “completely vindicated.” She added, “My view is that [Heard] got on that pendulum. That’s the problem with these things – that people will jump on the bandwagon because it’s the trend and to be the poster girl for it.”

Former RHOA star Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia tied the knot this weekend and celebrated with two wedding ceremonies in Atlanta. According to People, Porsha and Simon had a traditional Nigerian wedding ceremony on Friday (November 25th). On Saturday (November 26th), the couple tied the knot again in an American wedding at a Methodist Church in front of 350 people. 

According to People, Porsha's second wedding was planned but Eliana Baucicault of Elly B events. Guests included RHOA stars NeNe Leakes, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, Monyetta Shaw, Kandi Burruss, Drew Sidora and Cynthia Bailey. Comedian Rickey Smiley, Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta's Karlie Redd, Married to Medicine's Quad Webb, Basketball Wives' Jennifer Williams and T.I. and Tiny Harris were also in attendance.

Williams, who wore a white lace Frida ballgown, was walked down the aisle with her brother Hosea Williams III. As Porsha walked down the aisle, gospel singer Tasha Cobbs Leonard sang "For Every Mountain" with a gospel choir and 40-piece orchestra.

Ahead of the wedding, Porsha told People, "I definitely want the Lord to be in the place.  I want the Holy Spirit to usher us into being a husband and wife. I'm from the south, so I love being in church. I've never been married in a church, and Simon's never been married in a church, so it's going to be a new experience for both of us."

Although they had a ceremony the night before, the couple waited to exchange their wedding bands until they met each other at the altar on Saturday.

After the ceremony, Williams --who wore four dresses at the second ceremony, changed into a gown by Albina Dyla for their reception ball held at the St. Regis Atlanta. The space was decorated in cream and nude colors.  Guests were treated to a surprise performance by the R&B group Dru Hill.

Williams said about the wedding, "I really wanted to hear the song 'Beauty Is Her Name.' I have always thought about having on a wedding dress and dancing to it. And then my husband would say, 'Beauty Is Her Name.' I love Dru Hill and am so glad the whole group is back together."

Porsha and Simon's first ceremony took place at the Four Seasons Atlanta. They were joined by 250 guests.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever stayed on top at the domestic box office for the third weekend in a row. The Marvel film brought in $64 million over the five-day holiday weekend. The Disney animated movie Strange World came in second with $18.6 million over the five-day stretch, and Netflix’s Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery took third place with $13.3 million.

PORSHA WILLIAMS AND SIMON GUOBADIA GET MARRIED FOR THE SECOND TIME: The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams married Simon Guobadia in back-to-back ceremonies over the weekend. The pair had their first wedding in Nigeria Friday (November 25th), and then they tied the knot for the second time in Atlanta Saturday (November 26th). Guests at the couple’s Atlanta wedding included Kim Zolciak-Biermann, Monyetta Shaw, Kandi Burruss, Drew Sidora, Cynthia Bailey, Rickey Smiley, Karlie Redd, Quad Webb, and T.I.

OLIVIA MUNN SHARES PHOTOS FROM BABY MALCOM’S FIRST BIRTHDAY: Olivia Munn and John Mulaney celebrated their son Malcom Hiep’s first birthday over the weekend. Munn shared photos and video of the one-year-old messily devouring a birthday cake to Instagram Sunday (November 27th). In a follow-up post, Munn wrote, “I posted this in a carousel and then someone commented that they heard him say ‘I love you’ and that is the first time I heard it too! Could it be???”

ASHLEY BENSON REVEALS ANXIETY-INDUCED RASH ON HER BODY: Ashley Benson opened up about the red rash that develops on her body when she’s feeling anxious in a video shared to TikTok.
