Erika Jayne can breathe a sigh of relief after a California judge ruled that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was unaware of her husband's alleged crimes.

According to documents obtained by E! News, Judge Richard Fruin ruled that the reality star "had no actual knowledge" of Tom Girardi or his law firm misappropriating funds.

Erika's lawyer, Evan C. Borges told E! Wednesday (August 31st), "The ruling is critical because it is the first time that a Court of law has looked at ALL the supposed evidence against Erika, and the Court found in Erika's favor."

'VICTORIOUS' STAR ACCUSES NICKELODEON OF SEXUALIZING TEEN STARS: Daniella Monet recently called out Nickelodeon for sexualizing the teen stars of Victorious. The actress, who played Trina Vega on the show from 2010 to 2013 told Business Insider that the wardrobe was "not age appropriate," adding that she, "wouldn't even wear some of that today as an adult." 'HARLEY QUINN' RENEWED AT HBOMAX: Harley Quinn has been renewed for a fourth season at HB Max. The animated series will also see a change in leadership as Sarah Peters has been promoted to executive producer and showrunner for Season 4.

The second episode of Meghan Markle's podcast Archetypes was released on Tuesday (August 30th), featuring none other than the legendary Mariah Carey. Markle and Carey discussed the word "diva," as well as their experiences as biracial women.

Carey shared that she moved more than a dozen times as a child. "I didn't fit in. I didn't fit in. You know, it would be more of the Black area of town or then you could be where my mom chose to live, were the more, the white neighborhoods. And I didn't fit in anywhere at all," she said.

Markle let the "Always Be My Baby" singer know how much it meant to see her rise to fame. "You were so formative for me. Representation matters so much. But when you are a woman and you don't see a woman who looks like you somewhere in a position of power or influence, or even just on the screen — because we know how influential media is — you came onto the scene, I was like 'Oh, my gosh. Someone kind of looks like me, ' " the Duchess of Sussex said.

Markle continued, "And I think for us, it's very different because we're light-skinned. You're not treated as a Black woman. You're not treated as a white woman. You sort of fit in between."

The Suits actress added that people had never been so focused on her race as when she began dating Prince Harry. "I mean, if there's any time in my life that it's been more focused on my race, it's only once I started dating my husband. Then I started to understand what it was like to be treated like a Black woman. Because up until then, I had been treated like a mixed woman. And things really shifted," she said.

Laverne Cox was supporting Serena Williams at the U.S. Open Monday night (August 29th), when she received the compliment of a lifetime in being mistaken for Beyonce. The Inventing Anna star is loving the mix-up.

Cox was sitting in the stands at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City, wearing a face mask, hoop earrings, and a black sheer top. Many people reported on social media and in broadcasts that she was Beyonce.

Kids say the darndest things! Hilary Duff shared text messages from her assistant to Instagram on Monday (August 29th), revealing the hilarious things her three-year-old daughter said to her soccer coaches about the Lizzie McGuire star.

"Whoaaa! Don't trust your kids!" Duff wrote in her Instagram stories, sharing screenshots of text messages with her assistant Lauren. Apparently, Duff's daughter Banks "ousted sic her to the soccer coaches."

"Banks told a story at camp…'my mom made bad chicken and now she has diarrhea…that's what happens when you make bad chicken,'" Lauren wrote in a text.

Following this, Duff shared a photo of Banks smiling and captioned the photo, "THE RAT."

After more than four years together, Don't Look Up actor Leonardo DiCaprio and Bukowski actress Camila Morrone have reportedly decided to go their separate ways. The pair began dating in 2018, and they made their debut as a couple at the Oscars in February 2020.

Earlier this year, DiCaprio and Morrone were photographed celebrating the Fourth of July together at a beach in Malibu. In August, Morrone was spotted with her mother in St. Tropez, while DiCaprio was seen out to dinner with friends in Los Angeles last week.

Morrone told the Los Angeles Times in 2019 that it was "frustrating" to mostly be known for her relationship with DiCaprio. "I feel like there should always be an identity besides who you're dating. ... I understand the association, but I'm confident that will continue to slip away and be less of a conversation," she said.

JAMES VAN DER BEEK SUES SIRIUS XM OVER PODCAST DEAL: According to Us Weekly, Dawson's Creek star James Van Der Beek has filed a lawsuit against Sirius XM and Stitcher regarding a podcast deal. Court documents show Van Der Beek is suing them for $700,000 plus damages. The documents read, "Van Der Beek had other offers and potential partners to choose from in order to develop this project. However, relying on the contractual agreement reached with Defendants, Plaintiff stopped negotiating with other buyers and affirmatively rejected those other offers (as well as other acting opportunities)."

KHLOE KARDASHIAN BREAKS SILENCE ON NEWBORN SON: In a recent interview with Elle, Khloe Kardashian commented on the baby boy she had via surrogacy recently with her ex, Tristan Thompson. When the interviewer asked how she was handling being "a mom of two," The Kardashians star said, "I know it's cliché, but I love everything, even the hard parts." She added, "We have to take those roles seriously, especially in today's day and age, with how much accessibility children have and the information they're exposed to so young. CHARLBI DEAN DIES AT 32: According to Deadline, South African actress Charlbi Dean died on Monday (August 29th) in New York City, due to an unexpected illness. She was just 32 years old. Dean starred in the Palme d'Or-winning film Triangle of Sadness, which is expected to debut in U.S. theaters on October 7th. She also had a recurring role on the CW's Black Lightning.

JESSE LEE SOFFER IS LEAVING ‘CHICAGO P.D.' FOLLOWING 10TH SEASON: Variety reports that Jesse Lee Soffer will be leaving Chicago P.D. in the fall. Soffer joined the series when it debuted in 2014 and has been in all 187 episodes. "To create this hour drama week after week has been a labor of love by everyone who touches the show. I will always be proud of my time as Det. Jay Halstead," Soffer said in a statement.

RACHEL WILLIAMS SUES NETFLIX FOR ‘INVENTING ANNA' DEPICTION: Rachel Williams is suing Netflix for the way she was portrayed in Inventing Anna. The former Vanity Fair staffer, who was scammed by fake German heiress Anna Sorokin, is suing the streaming platform for defamation and false light invasion of privacy, according to court documents obtained by NBC News. An attorney for Williams said the series "made her out to be a horrible person, which she is not."

CHECK OUT THE TEASER FOR ‘LOOK AT ME:' Entertainment Tonight reports that a teaser for Look At Me, featuring Chris Rock and Javier Bardem, was dropped on Tuesday (August 30th). The 16-minute short, directed by Sally Potter, will debut at the Venice Film Festival on September 9th.

In a cover story for The Cut released on Monday (August 29th), Meghan Markle announced that she is planning on returning to Instagram, after previously deactivating her accounts due to bullying.

"I'm getting back … on Instagram," she said. The interviewer added that "her eyes were alight and devilish" as she said this. When Markle got engaged to Prince Harry in 2017, she had to give up control of her social media accounts, along with opening her own mail and other everyday activities.

"It was a big adjustment — a huge adjustment to go from that kind of autonomy to a different life," she said. The Suits actress added that there was "literally a structure" when it came to sharing photos of her kids.

"Why would I give the very people that are calling my children the N-word a photo of my child before I can share it with the people that love my child?" she asked. "You tell me how that makes sense and then I'll play that game."

Markle added that she's "still healing" when it comes to everything that happened with the royal family.

Amber Heard's sister, Whitney Heard, is speaking out against MTV for featuring Johnny Depp as part of this year's Video Music Awards.

Depp made a surprise appearance as the Moon Person during the ceremony Sunday night (August 28th), as pre-recorded videos of the Pirates of the Caribbean actor were shown throughout the program. Depp jokingly said, "Hey, you know what? I needed the work," as his reason for taking the gig.

Whitney called out the network following the event. Posting to her Instagram stories, she wrote, "@MTV you're disgusting and clearly desperate! I really hope that none of the people that made this call have daughters...#DVMAs #IStandWithAmberHeard."

During a comedy set in Phoenix, Arizona, over the weekend, Chris Rock reportedly shared that he turned down an opportunity to host the Academy Awards in 2023. According to the Arizona Republic, Rock said going back to the Oscars would be like returning to a crime scene—as Will Smith infamously slapped the comedian during this year's awards show.

Apparently, Rock made a joke comparing a return to the Oscars to the late Nicole Brown Simpson going "back to the restaurant," where her mother had left a pair of glasses the night that she died.

Rock also referenced Smith's role as Muhammed Ali in the movie Ali. "He's bigger than me. The state of Nevada would not sanction a fight between me and Will Smith," the comedian reportedly said.

ROBERT LUPONE DIES AT 76: People reports that Sopranos actor Robert LuPone died on Saturday (August 27th) at the age of 76, after a three-year battle with pancreatic cancer. MCC Theater, which LuPone cofounded, confirmed the news via Instagram. LuPone played Tony Soprano's neighbor Dr. Bruce Cusamano on The Sopranos. He also appeared on Sex and the City, Guiding Light, and All My Children. MCC Theater cofounders Bernard Telsey and Will Cantler wrote of the late actor, "Bob was a force, an advocate, complex in the richest ways, overflowing with a youthful enthusiasm, and deeply wise as he looked in to our souls. He was our best friend."

Jennifer Lopez is not happy about the leaked video footage from her second wedding to Ben Affleck in Riceboro, Georgia. The video was obtained by TMZ on Friday (August 26th).

In it, the Marry Me actress can be seen performing a new song for her groom with backup dancers behind her. Lopez sings that she "can't get enough" of the Justice League actor, as he sits in a chair smiling.

Following the release of this video, Lopez made a comment that has been circulating. "This was taken without our permission. Period. And whoever did it took advantage of our private moment. Danny DeVito sat down for a lie detector test with Vanity Fair recently and shared some opinions about the different Batman movies over the years. The It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia actor's daughter, Lucy DeVito, asked him some questions once he was hooked up to the machine.

Showing him a photo of Michael Keaton, Lucy said, "Do you think that this Batman is better than—" before Danny interrupted to say Keaton was his favorite. Then she handed him a photo of Colin Farrell.

Sydney Sweeney has commented on the backlash she's received for taking part in a "MAGA-inspired" birthday party.

Fans had a lot to say on the matter. Variety reports that a group of local residents contacted producers and threatened to shoot someone if production didn't cease. ALEXA NIKOLAS PROTESTS UNSAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT AT NICKELODEON: Zoey 101 star Alexa Nikolas joined protestors at Nickelodeon animation studios in Burbank, California, last week and shared that she did not "feel safe" around producer Dan Schneider. Nikolas said during an Instagram Live Thursday (August 25th), "I did not feel protected at Nickelodeon as a child, personally.
