On Tuesday's (July 26th) episode of the Healing with David Kessler podcast, Double Jeopardy actress Ashley Judd shared that she met with the man who raped her in 1999—and that they had a "restorative justice conversation."

"To make a long story short, we ended up in rocking chairs sitting by a creek together. And I said, 'I'm very interested in hearing the story you've carried all these years.' And we had a restorative-justice conversation about that," Judd said.

She continued, "I wanted to share that story because there are many ways of healing from grief, and it's important to remind listeners that I didn't need anything from him and it was just gravy that he made his amends and expressed his deep remorse, because healing from grief is an inside job."

Kessler added that people "may not realize" that one experiences grief after being raped or assaulted. Judd agreed, saying, "One loses safety. I lost a sense of trust." However, she shared that through her own healing work, she "regained herself," and that she was able to have a "restorative-justice process with this person out of how replete my soul is today."

Following the news that Paul Sorvino passed away on Monday (July 25th), a video of the late Goodfellas actor went viral. In the video, Sorvino comments on the disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein.

Speaking with local news outlet KCAL9 at a Golden Globes event in January 2018, Sorvino said, "It is reprehensible beyond description that women have been treated in this manner." The Law & Order actor's daughter, Mira Sorvino, was one of the many women who accused Weinstein of rape, sexual assault, or sexual harassment.

In the clip, Paul continued, "When you've had a phenomenal mother like I had, you are automatically a feminist. That's why I have this wonderful wife."

He added, "The reality is, anyone who takes advantage of women should be publicly strangled and I'll volunteer."

At the red-carpet premiere of Vengeance Monday night (July 25th), Ashton Kutcher shared why he reprised his role as Michael Kelso for the That ‘70s Show spin-off, That ‘90s Show.

Kutcher said he and his wife, Mila Kunis, felt they owed it to the franchise. "Mila and I were contemplating it. We thought, ‘Listen, we're only in the position that we're in because of that show, so let's just go back and do this.' We just went back and had fun for a week. It was so random and fun."

"It was really nostalgic to be back on the set," Kutcher added. "It's all the same folks that made ‘That '70s Show,' so it was pretty bizarre."

Kate Moss got candid about her experience modeling for Calvin Klein in the 1990s on a recent episode of BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Discs. Moss went topless for a photoshoot with Mark Wahlberg in 1992, during which she shared that she felt "vulnerable and scared."

MIKE SHOUHED CHARGED WITH DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: According to Page Six, Shahs of Sunset star Mike Shouhed is facing 14 criminal charges, including domestic violence. Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer charged Shouhed with various misdemeanors including battery and unlawfully attempting to dissuade a witness from making a report. He is also facing weapons charges, including criminal storage of a loaded firearm and possession of an assault weapon.

AUDRINA PATRIDGE SAYS SHE AND CHRIS PINE BROKE UP BECAUSE OF ‘THE HILLS:' In her new memoir, Choices: To the Hills and Back Again, Audrina Patridge shares why she and Wonder Woman star Chris Pine went their separate ways. Ryan Gosling will return to star in the sequel, and Anthony Russo will again serve as the director.

KATE WINSLET TO STAR IN ‘THE PALACE:' According to Variety, Titanic actress Kate Winslet is set to star in and executive produce the HBO limited series The Palace. The series was created by Succession writer and executive producer Will Tracy and focuses on an authoritative regime that is beginning to fall apart.

DAVID HARBOUR AND PEDRO PASCAL TO LEAD ‘MY DENTIST'S MURDER TRIAL:' TVLine reports that Stranger Things star David Harbour and The Mandalorian star Pedro Pascal are both set to star in and executive produce the HBO limited series My Dentist's Murder Trial. The series is based on the true story of Upstate New York dentist Dr. Gilberto Nunez, who was charged for the death of his friend, Thomas Kolman.

Goodfellas actor Paul Sorvino died on Monday (July 25th) at the age of 83. His wife, Dee Dee, was by his side when he passed away due to natural causes.

"Our hearts are broken, there will never be another Paul Sorvino, he was the love of my life, and one of the greatest performers to ever grace the screen and stage," Dee Dee said in a statement.

Paul's daughter, Mira Sorvino, tweeted on Monday (July 25th), "My heart is rent asunder- a life of love and joy and wisdom with him is over. He was the most wonderful father. I love him so much. I'm sending you love in the stars Dad as you ascend."

With over 100 acting credits to his name, Paul is most known for his roles as Paul Cicero in Goodfellas and as NYPD Sergeant Phil Cerreta on Law & Order. Paul also held prominent roles in films such as Reds, The Rocketeer, Nixon, and Romeo + Juliet.

Many stars took to Twitter on Monday (July 25th) to honor the late actor.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck celebrated Lopez's 53rd birthday on Sunday night (July 24th) with a romantic dinner at La Girafe restaurant in Paris. The restaurant is located on Place du Trocadéro and offers stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. During the dinner, Affleck was photographed breaking into tears.

The Gone Girl actor had a flushed face and tears welling up in his eyes, and another photograph shows Lopez consoling him by holding his head close to her chest. The turquoise balloon that Lopez later reportedly released towards the Eiffel Tower was also captured in some of the dinner shots.

It appears to have been a very tender moment, and the couple was photographed laughing together shortly afterwards. On the way home from the restaurant, a fan gave Lopez a small Eiffel Tower that lights up as a birthday present.

Nick Cannon has welcomed his eighth baby—a baby boy—to the world with model Bre Tiesi. Tiesi posted to Instagram Monday (July 25th), announcing the news. This is her first child.

Tiesi shared a collection of beautiful photographs documenting her "all natural unmedicated home birth" and pointed fans to a YouTube video that captures her "pregnancy, natural induction, labor and delivery."

"I did it. An all natural unmedicated home birth. This was the most humbling / limit pushing yet awakening and completely empowering experience. I can't thank my team enough for delivering my son safely. This experience has changed me forever and I couldn't of asked for a more amazing and supportive partner," she captioned the post.

Tiesi added, "Daddy showed the f up for us.. I couldn't of done it without you … I can't believe he's here."

Cannon commented, "You never cease to amaze me!! Full of passion, drive, focus, brilliance and most importantly love!!! … Honored and privileged to experience this beautiful miracle with you! Thank you for the greatest gift any human can give to another. For this my love is forever indebted."

Chris Rock addressed Will Smith slapping him at the 94th annual Academy Awards during a stand-up performance in New Jersey on Sunday (July 24th).

"Anyone who says words hurt has never been punched in the face," Rock joked while onstage at the PNC Bank Arts Center.

Later, Rock added, "I'm not a victim, mother–ker." He continued, "Yeah, that sh-t hurt, motherf–ker, but I shook that sh-t off and went to work the next day … I don't go to the hospital for a papercut."

This comes four months after the incident took place.

Keke Palmer isn't here for the comparisons.

On Sunday (July 24th), Twitter user Melinda Eg started a discussion about colorism in Hollywood by comparing Palmer's career to that of Zendaya's. "I'd like someone to do a deep-drive on the similarities and differences between Keke Palmer and Zendaya's careers. This may be one of the clearest examples of how colorism plays out in Hollywood. They were both child-stars, but their mainstream popularity is very different," Eg wrote.

Many people commented in response, but Palmer made it clear that she wasn't interested in this approach. "A great example of colorism is to believe I can be compared to anyone. DAVID WARNER DIES AT 80: Variety reports that British actor David Warner died on Sunday (July 24th) of cancer-related illness in London. He was 80 years old. His family said in a statement, "Over the past 18 months he approached his diagnosis with a characteristic grace and dignity. ‘FULL FRONTAL WITH SAMANTHA BEE' IS CANCELLED AFTER SEVEN SEASONS: Deadline reports that TBS is saying goodbye to Full Frontal with Samantha Bee after seven seasons. A spokesperson for TBS told the outlet, "As we continue to shape our new programming strategy, we've made some difficult, business-based decisions. Full Frontal With Samantha Bee will not return to TBS. We are proud to have been the home to Full Frontal with Samantha Bee and thank Sam, and the rest of the Emmy-nominated team for their groundbreaking work. WATCH THE TRAILER FOR ‘TILL:' Entertainment Tonight reports that the trailer for the biopic Till was released on Monday (July 25th). The film follows Mamie Till Mobley as she seeks justice for the lynching of her 14-year-old son, Emmett Till, in 1955. The cast includes Jalyn Hall as Emmett Till, Whoopi Goldberg as his grandmother, Alma Carthan, and Danielle Deadwyler as his mother, Mamie Till Mobley.

KEN JENNINGS AND MAYIM BIALIK WILL BOTH CONTINUE TO CO-HOST ‘JEOPARDY!': According to TVLine, the search for Alex Trebek's permanent replacement appears to be over. Ken Jennings and Mayim Bialik, who have both been guest hosting Jeopardy!, are set to continue co-hosting the show for its 39th season.

Jennifer Lopez is living her best life. Following her wedding in Las Vegas last week, the Marry Me actress announced the arrival of JLo Body by JLo Beauty on her 53rd birthday Sunday (July 24th). To promote the new line, she highlighted some of her "assets" with a nude photoshoot.

The Hustlers actress told People, "We already have some amazing products targeting tightening and firming for the face, so a product for the body that addressed those same issues was a natural next step for us." Her debut body product is a "Booty Balm." She added, "It was also the body part that our consumers wanted a targeted treatment for, and they couldn't find it on the market."

Lopez said she hopes her new line will encourage people to take better care of their bodies. "A lot of people invest in skincare for their face, but they don't invest in self-care and skincare for their body. I don't necessarily mean spending money, but instead taking time to cleanse, moisturize, use serums and masks. I want to normalize taking care of yourself. It's not a selfish thing. Jason Momoa got in a scary accident over the weekend. TMZ reports that the Game of Thrones star was driving along Old Topanga Canyon Road on Sunday (July 24th), near the Calabasas area, when a motorcyclist driving in the opposite direction hit his car head-on.

Law enforcement officials told the outlet that the Aquaman actor was going around a curve when the motorcyclist crossed over into his lane, hitting the front, left-hand side of Momoa's Oldsmobile muscle car.

The rider then reportedly flew off the bike, hitting the Dune actor's windshield and landing on the other side of his car. Fortunately, the motorcyclist sustained minor injuries and was transported to a hospital following the accident. Momoa is also "fine."

Kate Moss appeared on the BBC radio show Desert Island Discs recently and commented on her involvement in Johnny Depp's defamation trial against his ex-wife, Amber Heard.

The model brought up her friend, John Galliano, who was found guilty of anti-Semitic abuse in 2011, when asked why she testified in support of Depp.

"I believe in the truth, and I believe in fairness and justice. I know that John Galliano is not a bad person – he had an alcohol problem and people turn. People aren't themselves when they drink, and they say things that they would never say if they were sober," she said.

Moss, who was in a relationship with Depp between 1994 and 1998, added, "I know the truth about Johnny Depp. I know he never kicked me down the stairs. I had to say that truth."

A meme was born when Nope actress Keke Palmer revealed she didn't know who Dick Cheney was during an interview with Vanity Fair in 2019. On Friday (July 22nd), Vanity Fair published a new interview with the Alice actress, in which she shared that she still doesn't know who he is.

"Everybody was like, 'It was Dick Cheney!' And I'm like, still means nothing," she said. "The way people were coming up to me, telling me who he was, it seemed like he wasn't worth me doing the research on."

In a similar vein, Palmer went viral recently for not knowing who Scully and Mulder from The X-Files were either. While promoting Nope with her costars, she read fans' theories about the film. "I bet we see Scully and Mulder," one fan wrote.

Jordan Peele's new horror film Nope had a sizzling summer opening over the weekend, pulling in $44 million. Variety reports that it's the best opening weekend for an original film since Peele's film Us debuted in 2019.

JAMES CAAN'S CAUSE OF DEATH IS REVEALED: According to documents obtained by TMZ, The Godfather actor James Caan died from a heart attack and coronary artery disease. Caan also suffered from COPD, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The Elf actor passed away on July 6th at 82 years old.

BEN AFFLECK NODS OFF WHILE HONEYMOONING IN PARIS: It's been an eventful time for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, and it seems the Gone Girl star just needed a little shut-eye while vacationing in Paris. Page Six reports that Affleck dozed off while on a tourist cruise of the Seine River, following his wedding with Lopez in Las Vegas last week. In the photos, Affleck can be seen sitting in a chair with his feet up, his head back, and his mouth open.

LUPITA NYONG'O EATS FRUIT COVERED WITH ANTS: Black Panther actress Lupita Nyong'o posted a video of herself eating a piece of fruit covered with ants to Instagram on Friday (July 22nd). After taking a bite in the video, she says, "It's really good, it's not even crunchy or anything." Nyong'o captioned the post, "You can call me Ant-Woman!!"

MARTHA STEWART LOSES SIX OF HER PET PEACOCKS TO COYOTES: On Saturday (July 23rd), Martha Stewart posted to Instagram to share some sad news about her pet peacocks. Along with a video of one of the peacocks showing off his beautiful feathers, Stewart wrote, "RIP beautiful BlueBoy. WATCH THE TRAILER FOR ‘WAKANDA FOREVER:' According to Today, Marvel released the first teaser for the Black Panther sequel Wakanda Forever on Saturday (July 23rd). The new film stands as a tribute to the late Chadwick Boseman, who starred as King T'Challa in the 2018 film—and who passed away from colon cancer in 2020. In the two-minute teaser, a mural of T'Challa can be seen, as Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett) says in an emotional speech, "I am queen of the most powerful nation in the world and now my entire family is gone. Have I not given everything?"

THE TRAILER FOR ‘THE SANDMAN' IS RELEASED: The AV Club reports that the trailer for the long-awaited TV series The Sandman, based on the comic book series by Neil Gaiman, dropped on Saturday (July 24th) at Comic-Con. Tom Sturridge and Kirby Howell-Baptiste star in the Netflix series.

SEE KEANU REEVES IN THE TRAILER FOR ‘JOHN WICK 4:' Variety reports that Keanu Reeves surprised fans at the San Diego Comic-Con Friday night (July 22nd) to debut footage from John Wick 4. The Matrix star crashed the Collider's Directors on Directing panel, where director Chad Stahelski was a panelist.

‘NAKED AND AFRAID' CONTESTANT MELANIE RAUSCHER DIES AT 35: Deadline reports that Melanie Rauscher, who appeared on two seasons of Naked and Afraid, was found dead on July 17th in Prescott, Arizona. Rauscher reportedly died in a guest room at a home where she was dog sitting. No foul play or drug use is suspected. The 35-year-old reality star did not leave a suicide note, and the dog she was caring for was unharmed.

Nearly two months after a Virginia jury ruled in favor of Johnny Depp, Amber Heard has officially informed the court that she plans to appeal the verdict.

"Please take notice that Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff Amber Laura Heard, pursuant to Rule 5:9 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia, hereby gives Notice of her Appeal to the Virginia Court of Appeals from this Court's June 24, 2022 Final Judgment Order, the July 13, 2022 Order on Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff Amber Laura Beard's Post-Trial Motions ("Post-Trial Motions Order"), and from all additional Orders and rulings by the Trial Court prior to the entry of the Final Judgment Order and Post-Trial Motions Order," a three-page filing reads.

Heard has not yet paid the $8.3 million bond required in order to conduct the appeal. While the full amount will be required down the line, the Aquaman actress was only required to pay $500 to begin the process on Thursday (July 21st).

A spokesperson for Heard said, "We believe the court made errors that prevented a just and fair verdict consistent with the First Amendment. We are therefore appealing the verdict. While we realize today's filing will ignite the Twitter bonfires, there are steps we need to take to ensure both fairness and justice."

Alicia Silverstone opened up about her unusual parenting practices on a recent episode of The Ellen Fisher Podcast. The Clueless star shared that she and her 11-year-old son, Bear, still sleep together at night.

"Bear and I still sleep together," Silverstone said. "I'll be in trouble for saying that, but I really don't care."

The Crush actress explained that her parenting style is "following nature."

"If you were in any kind of wild setting where there are animals, if you put your baby over there," Silverstone said, pointing across the room, "your baby is going to get eaten. It's not ideal for the baby to be over there."

Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson couldn't resist doing the viral "tortilla challenge" together. On Wednesday (July 20th), both stars posted a video to their respective Instagram accounts, showing them engaged in the standoff.

Hart and Johnson laugh as they slap each other with tortillas and try not to spit out a mouthful of water. "You can tell @KevinHart4Real has been waiting for the day he can finally slap the sh*t out of me with no consequences … This was fun," Johnson captioned the post.
