Former RHOA star NeNe Leakes is accusing Bravo producers of editing a scene from her Bye Wig party, which aired in March 2019, to look like she attacked a pregnant Porsha Williams. As previously reported, Leakes is suing Bravo, NBC Universal, True Entertainment, Truly Original and Andy Cohen for allegedly fostering a "hostile and racist work environment."

RadarOnline obtained the court docs that said that Leakes had found out that her late husband Gregg Leakes was diagnosed with cancer a day before the closet scene was taped, which was in September or October 2018.

When the episode aired, Leakes claimed that her outrage at Porsha and co-star Kandi Burruss for going into her closet without her permission was made to seem like she was being aggressive. During the episode, Leakes was seen grabbing a camera operator by his shirt and preventing him from entering her closet.

Leakes' legal team wrote in the court docs, "The cameraman was a large, strong man who knew Mrs. Leakes. He was not worried or scared of her. She then angrily told her fellow housewives to get out of her closet. Exchanges like this are commonplace on the show – indeed, far worse often happens."

The suit continued, "This included the false insinuation or claim that Mrs. Leakes had physically assaulted Porsha Williams, who was pregnant at the time." Leakes vehemently denies attacking Porsha.

Leakes claimed this "issue was blown out of proportion" by NBC execs who used it as an example of alleged concern regarding her continued involvement on the show.

In a recent interview with BBC News, Viola Davis commented on the negative feedback she's received regarding her portrayal of Michelle Obama in The First Lady. The How to Get Away with Murder actress said it is "incredibly hurtful when people say negative things about your work."

However, Davis added that criticism is an "occupational hazard" and that "not everything is going to be an awards-worthy performance."

She continued, commenting on how she handles the criticism: "Critics absolutely serve no purpose. And I'm not saying that to be nasty either. They always feel like they're telling you something that you don't know. Somehow that you're living a life that you're surrounded by people who lie to you and ‘I'm going to be the person that leans in and tells you the truth.' So it gives them an opportunity to be cruel to you."

Davis added, "Ultimately I feel like it is my job as a leader to make bold choices. Win or fail it is my duty to do that." Plus, she said, playing Michelle Obama was "almost impossible" because "either you're doing too much or not enough."

LAUREN HUTTON POSES TOPLESS AT 78: American Gigolo star Lauren Hutton is still shining at 78. According to Page Six, the model and actress posed topless for the cover of Harper's Bazaar's May 2022 issue, wearing a Gucci blazer with her arms across her chest. "I'm not going to try and look younger. I'm happy to still be modeling, and I'm still an athlete," she said in the issue.

THE TRAILER FOR THE SECOND SEASON OF HACKS IS RELEASED: On Tuesday (April 26th), the official trailer for the second season of Hacks was released, and it features all kinds of chaos. E! News reports the show will return to HBO Max on May 12th.

WARNER BROS. ANNOUNCES THE BATMAN 2: Deadline reports that at CinemaCon in Las Vegas Tuesday (April 26th), Warner Bros announced there will be a The Batman 2, directed by Matt Reeves and starring Robert Pattinson once again. "Thank you all for your tremendous support for The Batman. We couldn't have gotten here without the faith and enthusiasm of all your teams around the world. I'm excited to jump back into this world for the next chapter," Reeves said.

Reports say that Jada Pinkett-Smith was adamant on moving forward with a family vacation to India following Will Smith infamously slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars last month.

WIll was spotted arriving in Mumbai this past weekend. Black Enterprise has reported that the actor went to Mumbai to seek counsel from spiritual guru Sadhguru.

Meanwhile, Page Six has reported that Smith said his trip to India is a part of his vow to do "the work to ensure that I never again allow violence to overtake reason." Hollywood sources also revealed that Will still hasn't personally apologized to Chris Rock.

One insider said, "Will's ‘spiritual journey' to India for yoga and meditation seems cynical and ridiculous, given that he hasn't apologized personally to the one person he assaulted in front of millions. No amount of Namastes will make up for that."

On Monday (April 25th), the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office released footage showing Alec Baldwin brandishing the gun that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of Rust—moments before the tragedy took place.

The video shows Baldwin sitting in a church pew donning Western attire. He reaches into his jacket, pulls out a revolver, and points it at the camera two different times. This footage was taken the same day that Hutchins was shot and killed by Baldwin with the same revolver.

The Sheriff's Department also released text messages between prop master Sarah Zachry and another crew member. "Alec never liked anything fake like guns and even the rubber knife. He always wanted the real knife, but eventually I gave him the rubber without him knowing. He always wanted his real gun," she wrote.

In a statement, District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies said, "The investigation is not complete. The Sheriff's office is still awaiting essential reports and will not be completing their investigation until those reports have been submitted. The District Attorney's office must wait until the complete investigation has been turned over by the Sheriff's Office. Once we receive the completed investigation and conduct a thorough and deliberate review of all evidence, a criminal charging decision will be made."

Supernatural star Jared Padalecki was in a bad car accident recently, and his costar, Jensen Ackles, said he's "lucky to be alive."

At Creation Entertainment's Supernatural Official Conventions on Sunday (April 24th), Ackles acknowledged Padalecki's absence, saying the Walker actor was "sad he can't be here."

"I don't know if you guys know what's going on. He was in a very bad car accident. He wasn't driving, he was in the passenger seat, and he's lucky to be alive," Ackles said.

He continued, "And not only that, but he's a home recovering which — the fact that he's not in a hospital right now is blowing my mind because I saw the car."

The crash left Padalecki feeling like he had "gone 12 rounds with Mike Tyson," according to Ackles.

The Princess Bride actor Cary Elwes is recovering from a run-in with a rattlesnake over the weekend. Elwes was reportedly doing yardwork when the serpent bit him on the hand.

According to TMZ, the Robin Hood actor was airlifted to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center on Saturday (April 23rd) to receive treatment for the snakebite.

On Monday (April 25th), Elwes posted to Twitter to share the news, including a photo of his swollen and bruised finger.

Referencing The Princess Bride, Elwes wrote, "Bit not by a ROUS but a rattlesnake. Grateful to the staff of Malibu Urgent Care, LA County Fire Dept. and the staff and medical professionals at @UCLAHealth for their great care. Am recovering well thanks to all these wonderful folks."

Fargo costars Ewan McGregor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead have officially tied the knot! The pair were married over the weekend, more than four years after they first became an item.

A source told People that they had "a small wedding for family and close friends."

The source continued, "They had an outdoor ceremony. It was lovely and joyful. The menu was farm-to-table. They are an adorable couple. They are pretty low-key and like their canyon life. They often hike and go to the beach."

Monday (April 25th) marked the eighth day of Johnny Depp's defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard. In one of many audio recordings played in court depicting the former couple's volatile relationship, Heard says to Depp, "Go put your f—ing cigarettes out on someone else. You f—ing have consequences for your actions!"

As Heard's lawyer pointed out, Depp doesn't deny putting his cigarette out on Heard, and instead replies, "Shut up, fat ass."

While on the stand, Depp called this "another grossly exaggerated moment" and said that he "did not put out a cigarette on her or throw a cigarette at her."

Other audio clips feature Heard saying, "After you beat the sh*t out of me then a week later you show up at my doorstep," and "I'm gonna die! You're causing me so much stress."

Paltrow said, "Her dad came up with the name and I fell in love with it. I thought it was original and cool. I can't imagine her being called anything else." E! TERRY CREWS COMMENTS ON BEING A FORMER ‘TOXIC MALE:' In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor Terry Crews answered questions about his new memoir, Tough, which will be released on April 26th. When Crews was asked about coming out as a sexual assault survivor, he told the publication, "I feel like that's literally probably the most important thing I've ever done, ever." Crews also commented on being a former "toxic male." He said, "As a former, what I would call, ‘toxic male' — that term ‘toxic masculinity' has been used a lot, and it's actually been misused. DAVID HARBOUR TO STAR IN THE TRASHERS: Deadline reports that Stranger Things actor David Harbour will play the lead in Cooper Raiff's The Trashers. Harbour will play Jimmy Galante, "a Connecticut trash magnate and associate of the Genovese crime family (which has been cited as an inspiration for The Sopranos)."

FIRE ISLAND TRAILER IS RELEASED: According to Variety, Hulu released the first trailer for Fire Island on Monday (April 25th). Starring Shrill actor Joel Kim Booster, Saturday Night Live's Bowen Yang, and Margaret Cho, the film is a "modern" Pride and Prejudice, focused on two gay best friends who venture to Fire Island.

ELON MUSK TO BE FEATURED ON THE NEW YORK TIMES PRESESNTS: Tesla CEO and now the owner of Twitter, Elon Musk is set to be the subject of the next installment of The New York Times Presents. According to TVLine, "Elon Musk's Crash Course" will premiere on FX and Hulu on May 20th.

TYRA BANKS JOINS THE CAST OF DON'T TELL MOM THE BABYSITTER'S DEAD: Deadline reports that Tyra Banks has secured a role in the remake of Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead. The original film came out in 1991, and the new version is scheduled to begin filming in July.

Chris Rock's mother, Rosalie Rock, has commented on Will Smith slapping her son at the 94th annual Academy Awards.

"Will, You reacted to your wife giving you the side-eye, and you went and made her day because she was mulled over laughing when it happened," she told South Carolina's WIS News 10 recently.

Rosalie, a motivational speaker who watched the Oscars from home, said that at first, she thought the incident was staged—until she heard Smith "using obscenities."

"When he slapped Chris, he slapped all of us. He really slapped me. No one even heard his speech. No one was able to just be in the moment because everyone was sitting there like, ‘What just happened?'" she said.

Rosalie also made it clear that she feels Smith's apology is inadequate. "I feel really bad that he never apologized. I mean his people wrote up a piece via Instagram saying, ‘I apologize to Chris Rock,' but you see something like that is personal, you reach out," she said.

Last week, the film Being Mortal, starring Aziz Ansari, Seth Rogen, and Bill Murray, was shut down indefinitely after a complaint about Murray was filed for "inappropriate behavior." Page Six reported on Saturday (April 23rd) that Murray allegedly got "handsy" with some of the women on set.

A source told the publication, "He was very hands-on touchy, not in any personal areas, but put an arm around a woman, touched her hair, pulled her ponytail — but always in a comedic way."

"It is a fine line and everybody loves Bill, but while his conduct is not illegal, some women felt uncomfortable and he crossed a line," the source continued.

Adding to the story, Richard Dreyfuss' son, Ben Dreyfuss, tweeted on Thursday night (April 21st), "Bill Murray had a meltdown during what about bob because he wanted an extra day off and Laura said no and ripped off her glasses off her face and my dad complained about his behavior and Bill Murray threw an ashtray at him."

Dreyfuss also said that they only resumed filming What About Bob after production hired bodyguards for the set.

While on the stand for the second day in Blac Chyna's trial against the Kardashian-Jenner family, Kris Jenner said "I do," when Chyna's attorney, Lynne Ciani, asked her, "Do you believe 100 percent that Blac Chyna attempted murder on your son, Rob?"

Jenner explained, "I was told she put a gun to his head, and was drinking, and I don't think drinking and guns are ever good together."

She continued, "I was told she tried to strangle him with a phone cord. I was told it was complete chaos that this was happening. I was very upset. Rob was hysterical crying. It was a mess. I can't imagine what it was like having a gun pointed at your head."

Jenner became emotional while testifying and added, "She tried to murder him, she put a gun to his head and I really have to get over that?"

Also on Friday (April 22nd), Page Six reports that Rob & Chyna executive director Jeff Jenkins said there was never going to be a second season. "I would not pick up this show. There was no more Rob and Chyna," he said via Zoom.

In a newly released episode of Selling Sunset, real estate agent Emma Hernan says she matched with Ben Affleck on the dating app Raya shortly before he reunited with Jennifer Lopez. However, on Saturday (April 23rd), a rep for Affleck rejected these claims.

Affleck's rep told People, "Raya has confirmed that he has not been an active member for several years."

On the new episode of Selling Sunset, released on Friday (April 22nd) along with the rest of the fifth season, Chrishell Stause says, "Remember when Ben Affleck went viral because he sent some girl..." before Hernan cuts in to say, "He may or may not have been texting me."

"He may or may not have asked to grab coffee a few times," Hernan added, saying that she "didn't go." A rep for Hernan claims this took place in 2019.

"You could've foiled Bennifer! He was on the hunt," Stause said. Hernan responded, "Right? It was right before that. So, maybe that wouldn't have happened. We have the Boston connection. So, that was his opening pick-up line."

The Bad Guys didn't have such a bad opening at the weekend box office. The film brought in $24 million as families made their way to the theaters. Universal's President of Domestic Theatrical Distribution, Jim Orr, said on Sunday (April 24th), "The very positive critical and audience reaction to The Bad Guys echoes the overperformance of our title at the domestic box office this weekend and deservedly so as this is a broad, action-packed, charming film with clever comedy for the entire family."

SEAN PENN AND LEILA GEORGE ARE OFFICIALLY DIVORCED: Entertainment Tonight reports that Sean Penn and Leila George have finalized their divorce. A judged signed the paperwork on Friday (April 22nd), just a few months prior to what would have been their two-year anniversary.

PAULINA GRETZKY AND DUSTIN JOHNSON GET MARRIED: According to People, Fame actress Paulina Gretzky and professional golfer Dustin Johnson tied the knot on Saturday (April 23rd) at the Blackberry Farm in Tennessee. The couple have been engaged since 2013.

JIM HARTZ DIES AT 82: According to Deadline, Jim Hartz, who co-hosted the Today show with Barbara Walters in the 1970s, passed away on April 17th at the age of 82. His wife, Alexandra Dickson Hartz, said his cause of death was chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Hartz was a reporter for WNBC before joining Today for two years. Following this, he was a news anchor for WRC and worked with PBS. SHOWTIME AND PARAMOUNT CUT TIES WITH SHOWRUNNER DAVID HOLLANDER: Deadline reports that Showtime and Paramount Television will no longer be working with showrunner David Hollander, who was the "developer, director, executive producer and showrunner" of the upcoming Showtime series American Gigilo, based on the 1980 movie. Sources close to production cite misconduct allegations, though the exact nature of Holland's misconduct is unclear.

JOE MANGANIELLO JOINS THE CAST OF THE KILL ROOM: The A.V. Club reports that Joe Manganiello will join Samuel L. Jackson and Uma Thurman in the dark comedy The Kill Room. JASMINE DAVIS LEAVES THE CHI: According to Deadline, Jasmine Davis recently revealed that she will not be returning for the fifth season of The Chi, which is set to premiere in June. Davis tweeted, "Due to the many inquiries I'm officially announcing. I will not be in season 5 of @SHOTheChi and I will no longer be part of #thechi/#disneyproduction. When a fan asked why she was leaving the show, Davis replied, "the reasons will be discussed at a later time." On Sunday (April 24th), Davis reiterated this sentiment while going live on Instagram, asking media outlets to not make assumptions about her departure.

Kris Jenner testified Thursday (April 20th) that Blac Chyna once threatened to kill Kylie Jenner.

According to an account of her testimony published by Page Six, the momager was "alarmed" years ago when Kylie and then-boyfriend Tyga told her about the threat. Kris added that Tyga claimed on multiple occasions that Chyna tried to physically harm him with a knife.

Chyna dated Tyga from 2011 to 2014. He then dated Kylie from 2014 to 2017, while Chyna began a relationship with Rob Kardashian in 2016.

According to Chyna's previous testimony, she was still in a relationship with Tyga when he started dating Kylie in 2014.

It was also revealed Thursday that Chyna hasn't paid her taxes in years.

The reality star admitted on the stand that that she hasn't filed taxes since 2018 or 2019 and doesn't even have a personal bank account. She also testified that she made about $2 million in 2020, 2019, and 2018 with the majority of her income coming from OnlyFans.

Johnny Depp admitted in court Thursday (April 21st) that he believed in 2014 Amber Heard was having an "affair" with her The Adderal Diaries costar, James Franco.

Heard's laywers also accused the 58-year-old actor of him being "in a blackout" for portions of a private jet flight from Boston to LA the couple fought over Franco.

Other highlights of Thursday's testimony included the infamous texts with WandaVision star Paul Bettany that detailed Depp's plan for "burning," "drowning" and having sex with the "burnt corpse" of Heard.

The jury also heard footage of the allegedly drunk Pirates of the Caribbean star cursing, slamming cupboards and breaking other objects before he appears to throw Heard's phone for illegally recording him.

Nicolas Cage and his wife, Riko Shibata, are expecting a baby girl.

The 58-year-old actor announced the big news on The Kelly Clarkson Show Thursday (April 21st). He told the American Idol alum, "Her name is going to be Lennon Augie, Augie after my father, he said referring to his late father, August Coppola, who died in 2009.

Cage added that they'll call her Lenny for short.

The couple initially announced their pregnancy in January. Lenny will be the third child for Cage who is already father to two sons, 16-year-old Kal-El and 31-year-old Weston.

Ellen Pompeo is finally backing up Katherine Heigl on her 2009 comments about the "cruel" 17-hour days they worked on Grey's Anatomy.

She said on her podcast, Tell Me With Ellen Pompeo, that Heigl was "100 percent right" to call out the "insane hours" they put in on the ABC drama.

ROSIE PEREZ ADMITS SHE HAD A CRUSH ON WOODY HARRELSON: While discussing the White Men Can't Jump 30th anniversary reunion at the 2022 Oscars, Rosie Perez revealed to E! News' Daily Pop that she had feelings for her on-screen love interest, Woody Harrelson. The actress said she "definitely had a crush on him, but we kept it professional.
