Behati Prinsloo is "laughing out loud" at the suggestion that her husband, Adam Levine, will address infidelity allegations on Wednesday's (February 8th) episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast.

A teaser clip for this week's episode shows host Alex Cooper saying to a mystery guest, "I have to tell you, I was a huge Maroon 5 fan, and I'm glad that you agreed to sit down with me today and discuss the scandal surrounding infidelity in your marriage."

However, representatives for both Levine and Prinsloo told the New York Post that neither will appear on the podcast. Additionally, the Victoria's Secret Angel commented "LOL" beneath the episode's Instagram teaser.

Taylor Swift's Lawyers Call 'Love' Lawsuit 'Legally And Factually Baseless'

Lawyers for Taylor Swift are asking a federal judge to toss a copyright lawsuit claiming she stole aspects of a self-published book of poetry when she created a companion book for her album, Lover.

Billboard reports that attorneys for the singer call the case, filed by Teresa La Dart, "legally and factually baseless."

The lawsuit, filed in August 2022, claims that Swift's book copied her use of "pastel pins and blues," an image of the author "photographed in a downward pose," and the books overall format, among other things.

Attorney Doug Baldrige wrote, "These allegedly-infringing elements, each a generic design format, are not subject to copyright protection. Thus, defendants could not possibly have infringed plaintiff's copyright."

A source told Page Six Monday (February 6th) that the Panic! At the Disco front man and his wife, Sarah Urie, have welcomed their first baby.

Coldplay Says They're Finishing Next Album, 'Moon Music'

In an interview with the Toronto City News, lead singer, Chris Martin revealed that Coldplay is finishing up their 10th studio album. This will be volume two of Music Of The Spheres album. They've titled it, Moon Music. He didn't give a release date, but said that it won't be anytime soon.

He did give hope on hearing some of it quicker, acknowledging they plan to play some of the songs on their upcoming tour.

Earlier this week, the band added more North American dates for later this year. And just a few days ago, revealed that Coldplay will be on NBC's Saturday Night Live this weekend on February 4.

Fall Out Boy Announce North American Tour

The studio that Kanye West used inside of Atlanta's Mercedes Benz Stadium has reportedly been listed for rent for $50,000 per hour. According to the listing on Stufinder, the studio comes complete with recording facilities, accommodates up to six people, and allows smoking.

The listing read, "Comes with recording set up. Past clients include Kanye West **Studio does not include Kanye West** bookings aren't guaranteed."

As previously reported, Ye temporarily moved into Atlanta's Mercedes Benz Stadium to finish recording Donda. He was reportedly paying $1 million a day to stay at the stadium.

TikTok videos of the event show that he grabbed a towel to cover up before promptly apologizing to audience members.

The official video for the artist's new single, "I'm Not Here To Make Friends," dropped at the same time, and it's stirring up controversy.

The visual includes a lot of sexualized content, including Smith wearing pasties, causing several right wing pundits to call for the video to be given an age restriction limit on YouTube.

However, their defenders claim the "Unholy" singer is only under attack because they don't conform to stereotypical body standards.

One Twitter user commented, "You know if a skinny straight man wore this you would be be saying he's subverting gender norms and pioneering for the queer community."

Britney Spears Is 'Alive And Well' Following Wellness Check

Britney Spears is "alive and well" following reports that police performed a wellness check on the singer last week.

On Saturday night (January 28th), the embattled pop star posted images of herself at the gym, living her "best life." She wrote, "Yep that's me … I'm alive and well."

She added in a Twitter thread, "I'm shocked as hell that when I took my Instagram down fans got worried and sent the cops to my house 🚔 ... it really was uncalled for ... l adore my fans but for those who did that aren't real fans and I honestly felt like it was a way to make me look bad !!!"

Fans began requesting wellness checks after Spears deleted her Instagram account Wednesday (January 25th).

A Ventura County Sheriff's Office spokesperson subsequently told Page Six, "I can confirm that we did get calls into our dispatch, and essentially, I can confirm that we don't believe that Britney Spears is in any kind of harm or any kind of danger."

Kanye West Under Investigation After Throwing A Woman's Phone

Kanye West is under investigation after he allegedly yanked a woman's phone out of her hand and tossed it when she refused to stop filming him. According to TMZ, the incident went down at his daughter North's basketball game. Ye noticed that a woman was recording him. He confronted the woman, saying, "You didn't have to run up on me like that. If I say stop, stop with your cameras!"

After the woman said she could film him because he is "a celebrity," Ye allegedly reached into her car, grabbed her phone and threw it. Cops arrived at the scene shortly after and the woman was later seen leaving the sheriff's department.
