Chattanooga Man Is Facing Several Charges After Fighting With Police

 

A Chattanooga man is facing several charges after leading local law enforcement on a chase on an ATV. Not only did he crash the ATV he then crashed out on police as they were trying to arrest him.

According to police, Bryan Forester was riding an ATV without an helmet when an officer tried to pull him over. The vehicle chase ended when Forester wrecked in the woods, but not willing to give up, Bryan attempted to make a run for it on foot. A police drone spotted him and eventually CPD caught up with him,  but Bryan still determined to get away, attempted to fight police before being tasered by the police.

Because of his chase and fight with place, Mr. Forester is facing a laundry list of charges. He is due in court on April 1.

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Speeding
  • Assault on first responder
